The headset is actually great, good comfort and snug when you wear them. I personally don’t like the cords but everything overall is great.

I think this is the best option for anyone looking for a headset. Design wise and mic wise its really good. I haven’t tested the 3D audio yet after purchasing the adaptor for the PS5 but I’m sure it will be better than without the optical sound.

Hands down the best headphones I’ve used! Kinda annoying setup for the ps5. But for pc and after it’s set up for ps5. Works great! I have glasses and bigger sized ears and I can game for hours without feeling uncomfortable.

Upgraded from the v1 A40s and would say they’re pretty much the same thing. The mix amp does the same things except they added the ability to turn Dolby on and off from it. The headset itself I would say is a little cheaper made than the old version. The whole shell is made of plastic when the older version the posts were made of metal. This does make the headset a little lighter though which is nice

Great headphones with mixer that is adjustable and also love the app on the PC to change settings based on what you are looking for. I have both Dolby atmos and DTS apps and pair this up with it and you will have the best sounds.

Let me tell you this has been the best choice I’ve made, audio from the Astros A50s would cut off more often than I would like to admit, now these right here they sound better in every way, the presets that it comes with are insane I highly recommend these I have no regrets switching

The ease of use for the product isn’t exactly the best but its fair. The headphones sound amazing and can obviously be adjusted with the mix amp. Best advice i could give for beginners is to make sure the headphone jack is plugged in ALL THE WAY. Done be afraid to push it in a little harder because i initially thought mine were broken since there was no mic detection coming from my computer.

This Astro Gaming headset is the best there is for gaming and just pure music listening. You can't go wrong in buying this device. The quality is phenomenal and will last for years. Something to treasure in the years to come as it will never fade in the sound it produces.

These gen 4 astro headset sound quality are better then the gen 3 headset. My only gripe about the new mixamp is you cannot turn it off like older mixamps since astro completely removed the option to turn it off and this is why it get's a 4 star from me. Overall i'm loving these headset and i do recommend buying it.

Astro's have been our go to headset for years. The build quality is great and setup is simple. Sound is distinct and clear and the ability to balance audio with the mixamp controls is a plus. Worth it especially when they are on sale or a deal that comes up.

Amazing headset. Replaced my Astro A40s after 6 years with them and this headset sounds much better.

A40’s have been around for over a decade and haven’t changed much because they don’t have to, you don’t mess with perfect. The TR version is a welcome change I didn’t know I wanted. The Mix amp is awesome, you can download custom profiles directly on the mix amp using the Astro pc program. Just google Astro mix amp profiles. I wear these for hours and they are comfortable. Thinking about getting the mod kit for these, and custom side plates from the Astro site!

Great headset for gaming. Not that great for watching television or listening to music. You can definitely hear footsteps in Call of Duty better. Being able to turn up the headset volume with the mixer is pretty nice.
