Great for Streaming

This does exactly that. Optical connection puts out 5.1 surround to the headphones while the USB to the PS4 brings in chat audio. The Mixamp also has analog in and out for more control and options on stream so I can hear my computer audio along with the PS4 audio and chat. Overall great albeit a little pricy.
