I'm going to be completely honest, after playing with the EQ settings and mic settings this is one of the worst headsets I have purchased. You can hear all the exterior noises around you. Un-Godly amount of wires to run, as well as the sound just is not that great. Yes they get loud, yes they have the Surround, but the bass just isn't there. It is convenient to have game and chat volume control at your your finger tips but to be Honest this headset will be going back to the store as I will be getting the Arctis Pro wired headset back. I let a few friends into leading me on to get this headset, while light and a ton of wires to run it just is not what it is cracked up to be. Just a over-priced option for those who don't know any better. Just my honest Opinion.

if you have sensitive ears within an hour or two your ears will beg you to put it back in a box. Paint chip also occurs.with the mix amp you can adjust the EQ.

Great product. Its great for console and also a one to two pc setup. I had this hooked to my dual pc setup and could also do console at the same time.

due to turtle beaches quality went down I needed an improvement and I rather purchase quality over quality my personal opinion

Maybe it was my product, but when connected to the PS5 the chat and game wheel on the amp doesn't work properly. I had this for my ps4 a while back and it worked on that system but not the PS5. Even with the astro adapter.

Wow, ambient room volume, unlike my god-awful PS5 headset which sounds like im talking through a soup can..this thing is crystal clear. Worth every penny. Wish I made the purchase a long time ago. Mixer is decent, but doesnt grab chat vs game on COD. It'll turn the entire volume down whereas the PS5 crap one could isolate just the game or chat, which was nice after dubs on Warzone so you don't hear the annoying helicopter blasting in your ears

This headset has allowed me level up in the way I play. By allowing us to customize the mixamp through the Astro Command Center there is limitless possibilities for what this headset can be used for. The aux, optical, and other ports on the mixamp allow for further customizations.

Everything went very smoothly. We pulled up to the curb there was no contact . Showed the phone receipt they put in the back seat and we were off.

Wow! What an upgrade over my steel series artic 3s. Very heavy/ solid feel. Only complain would be that they sell leather ear inserts ( which are unbelievable) as an upgrade but for the price should be included.

I have tried all the headphones for gaming and by far Astro A40s Wired KILLED the game!!! Once I put those bad boys on it was OVER! I KNEW WHAT I HAD TO DO! BUY!

Great product except for the mute switch in the cord has already been messing up after 2 weeks!

I really love this headset it elevates your gaming experience even if you are not a daily gamer I really recommend this for anyone who wants to use it

Perfect for COD. The Voice/Game Balance on the MixAmp is exactly what is needed to hear your team during loud cut scenes in Warzone.

A lot more options for a headset. You are even able to change your voice and adjust settings you normally can’t. My son love this headset.

If you adjust your volume alot its a great mic other than that the cords knot up & are very easy to trip over if you have kids or pets. Not charging is cool but i had a 10’ charging cord for my wireless mic. This mic should have cost anywhere between $150-$200. Very overpriced. Dolby digital sounds trash & is useless unlike sony’s headsets. It seems strong but i see some weak points that might break in the future & be hard to fix unlike some other mics that are easier to fix.

Great headset and mixer for beginners. Comfortable if your head isn’t too big. Mine are fully extended and just about cover my ears.
