Stellar headset from a gameplay perspective. Some people reported crackling in the audio while playing but i only experienced that with what i can only assume is low internet bandwidth or times of stress on the input to the headset.

Pretty good headset if you like wired if you want the best go to the A50s

Previously purchased the A50 headset, but connection problems persisted. Decided to try the A40’s to avoid these issues and they work great. The sound quality isn’t as good and the wire connected to the controller can be bothersome, but you don’t have to worry about losing sound or voice contact during the middle of a firefight on COD

This headset has so far been much better than the others I've used. It sounds great and I love the Mixamp controls. I do feel like it could be a little louder, especially since they are closed back headphones but overall this isn't too big of an issue. The construction quality is great. Take care of them and they definitely feel like they will last.

Comfortable, clear sounds, easy set up and adjustments

It took me about 3 tries before I finally found a good pair of gaming headphones. I tried a PC model, turtle bay 700, and finally these and I’m more than happy! Great sound, I love playing Forza and you can hear everything. Wish they got a little louder, but that’s just me. But they come with Dolby Atmos 2 year sub. Can’t beat that.

Decent pair of headphones but if you’re willing to pay that price or more mind as well pay the extra $50 or so for the mix amp as well . I use it for COD on Xbox & so far Astro’s never disappoint esp coming from turtle beaches (I was an avid user of turtle beaches)

Great audio, mine also came with free 2 year Dolby atoms which makes the sound even better! Cord is about 3 feet long, mixamp makes crossfading from chat to game sound a breeze. Volume knob is nice and mute button lights up when muted. Nice felt padding feels amazing and better sound than noise canceling Logitech’s I had. A++

These headphones are pretty good. The sounds is crisp and easy to use. You’re able to switch between game chat and voice. They portray very loud when you have the volume half way. Only issue I have is after a few months, the equalizer on the m80 doesn’t light up and work. Other than that I haven’t had any other issues.

Fit nice on my big head. Doesn't hurt with long wearing.

Sound quality is good, I put 4 stars because the headset earpads let in a lot of sound lacking some of the isolation. I also wish Best Buy would carry the additional headset a40 parts like the leather headset option.

If you're going to spend the money, why not! I play R6 to BF5 and the quality of these headphones is great! if you want more of the game and not a party you got it. If you want more of the party and not game ( like some game like Forza it drowns out ur party. but not with these)
