Quality is excellent, the sound is amazing. To pair it with your Xbox you need to know that you may have to download the app on your computer to set it up. Not easy, it took me 2 hours before I was able to use it. You may also have to turn off the Xbox so the headphones are recognizied.

Works great. Use it for gaming, takes some getting used to as I was going from Logitech but it’s still great.!

I love this headset. It’s quality is so amazing they give you a free 3 month Dolby premier membership to show off the quality. Setting up the headset may take about 30 minutes (you may need to update the firmware and get your xbox to recognize it. If it doesn’t say “headset assigned” turn off power to it and turn it back on (or unplug and plug it back in.

Since 2015 I’ve only used Astro headsets , best for insane sound to give you that competitive edge and higher audio/mic quality every gamer wants!

Most dont like cords, but i find its the headset i least have to return. Granted when i do it is usually a cord issue. Still it has great sound just like the a50 heasdset and practically crushes the others. Only comoany i liked even near as much was tritton, since they are gone nothing else has come close. If its a bit out of your range just get the next lowest, still sturdier and will outlast most the others. I use mine alot, so i do end up returning before my warranty ever goes out... but if you dont use them as much as me you could be stuck with them for well over 5 years.

so i'm coming from a.life of Turtle Beach...i thought the Turtle Beach were good...no no no... Night amd day difference. The Astro sound like you are sitting in an IMAX Theatre by yourself with the volume turned up all the way. The sound profiles are fully customizable. I play a lot od COD and holy ish i can herw footsteps in other building

So much more comfortable than the a10s. Super good sound!

Fabulous! If you've read my two previous Kraken reviews, you'll know why I bought these. I did not want to pay over $100; but I am pretty specific about audio. Stellar build quality. Better than my HyperX Cloud. Great sound and great microphone. Nice little amp. It even comes with a two-year license for Dolby Atmos.

Excellent sound quality, comfortable no complaints

I upgraded from an 8 year old pair of turtle beaches and found these to be amazing. The sound quality was phenomenal, having the mix amp on the side is a nice feature to allow for in depth fine tuning when gaming. The wireless feature would’ve been nice, which is why I considered A50’s but the cable is plenty long and I honestly have no issues with it.

Headset works great and sounds amazing but the included mixer doesn't work as intended for Xbox. The fix is supposed to be using a computer to update it but after 3 updates and 2 reinstalles of the software to do so I'm not so sure if they don't know what they're doing. TLDR dont buy with the mixer its a waste of time and money for any not so tech liberate

Overall a great product for anyone who games or streams. I bought it as an upgrade for my husband and hes loved using it telling me it sounds much clearer than older versions of the same headset.

Bought to hear console and pc audio while communicating through both at the same time. Works but for this particular setup, a ground loop isolator is NEEDED otherwise you hear a lot of buzzing. If you use for only console or pc at a time then it will work perfectly with no audio buzzing. Highly recommend this headset/mixamp bundle!

I bought this headset after buying two different wireless options. I was having a lot of interference issues in my house while trying wireless so I decided to give the Astro wired headset a try. Sound is excellent, build quality is very good, and the Mixamp is nice. Overall would highly recommend this headset if you have the money to spend.

Spend the money and buy these!! They are the best headset i have ever had! I went through 4 Turtle Beach headsets 2 recons which were 40 and 2 stealth 600's which were around 100 bucks in a year. The 2 year replacement plan is more than worth the 69.99!! This headset is amazing and the protection plan is the way to go!!

I recently started wearing headsets gaming I purchased one for about 50$ first and when I purchased the lady told me this will be good enough. Well after still not being able to hear footsteps properly and direction I went a head and spent a little more on these and they are worth every cent.

Amazing sound quality with great bass. Amazing quality and easy sound adjustment with the mixamp. If you can't hear these things get loud! Never have broke a pair
