It has everything you need for gaming. Chat and game volume mixers. Presets on the amp and great sound with a great mic. No complaints

Solid headset with a few problems

Another problem is the mic has started shorting out and I have to bend it at the perfect angle to get it to work. This is after a month of light use.

When your console is off, there is no way to power this down other than unplugging it and replugging it in. For the reprice for this headset there should be a on and off switch smh. Love the sound great for gaming hands down. Enjoy the way it feel on the head, great comfort my opinion.

Hands down best gaming headset for casual gamers

Only negative is when I turn on Xb1 I have to flip switch to pc then back to Xbox yo talk in parties and be heard.

Best headset I have ever used

I can hear people heal or footsteps from a long ways away and be able to pin point enemies. You must do an update on the software. Just plug them into a computer and download the app. Easy.

I would have given 5 stars but the mic died after just 3 weeks of use. You pay that kind of money for something you would at least expect it last a heck of a lot longer. I give 5 stars to Best Buy! Took my bad A40 back and exchanged it for a new one. In and out in less then 5 minutes.

The sound is terrific. Having the mixer and volume knobs are perfect for me. I do wish there was a wireless option as my setup is portable and not in a set location.
