    Only thing horrible about this product is that there is a order in witch you have to set it up or you mic wont work and your xbox will not recognize your astros.

    This head set is amazing. The sound quality is awesome, and noise cancelling allows for a much better submersion into my game play. The Mixamp also allows for great adjustments.

    My old Astros died and I made the mistake of going to another brand...replaced 4 different ones in 2 months. What a mistake!!! Back with new A40s with mixamp...THE BEST!!!

    Yes there wired but if you want the best sound for your buck then look no further these headsets are the best especially with Dolby atmos surround sound.

    Great sound but the headband is too small for a bigger head. I had the previous generation of A50 and this is much smaller.

    For over 200$ this should be perfect. I love the mixamp, 10/10 for the mixamp. The sound is great and everything is of high quality. HOWEVER. I think it should have a usb c connection for power and data, not a micro usb, the port quickly becomes lose from regular use, a slight bump now will render my mic off and me having to jam it back into the mixamp. Secondly the micro usb is shorter than it should be, should get 10' at least.

    Helps to have a computer to download set up for XBox X. Couldn't do it with an ipad. Have to plug in. Great headset once you get it programed!
