Good quality sound & comfortable the only con was to set them up & adjust settings you need a computer other than that they are good

The headset is amazing and very comfortable. The audio is on point and the amp is a very nice addition.

I've been buying Astros a40s since the 2014 model and so far this is the best headset and mixamp I have purchased so far sound quality cannot get any clearer than this. The quality of the headset its self is premium ull have the headset on an completely forget its even on your head

I have never owned a more comfortable gaming headset. Most headsets get too uncomfortable to wear after a few hours, but not these. The sound quality is fantastic. This headset paired with the mixer is one of the best purchases I have made for my gaming experience.

I’ve always owned turtle beach headsets before I finally made the switch to the Astro A40s and if I would have know what I do now I would have made the switch sooner. The Astros a super comfortable and adjustable. Then add on top the pro mixer and your truly getting one of the best headsets money can buy.

Comfortable and works great with both my PlayStation and my Gaming PC. Love how I can easily get into the settings on PC and change every aspect of the mixamp

The headset and mix amp it’s self are amazing! The only downfall of this headset is getting it to work. I had to look up a couple set up videos and go to Reddit just to get these working with my Xbox. Now that I updated the firmware, reset my Xbox and tweaked my setting they final work.

Best gaming headset there is period end of story nothing I have had or tried even comes close to the comfort and shound quality of the A40s

I got these because I got tierd of my buddies saying how terrible my mic sounded on my headphones. So I went to my local Best Buy. One of the guys there helped me out. I’m a person who hates buying things more than once so I want something that lasts. So the build quality and the fact that everything is modular and replicable really sold me. They work great on my gaming pc and I’m not disappointed. They make you sound like yourself as you would be in person.

Best Head set for large men doesn't squish the head and ears. I have owned Astros before and loved them, tried Logitech almost everyone of them had to return due to comfort. These are by far worth the extra for the comfort and sound.

Made the switch from mid range turtle beaches ($80) to these and am very pleased I did. The sound quality is excellent and the mix amp is easy to control. The setup is a little intimidating out of the box but It is actually very simple. Highly recommend

I've had my fair share of gaming headsets and this Astro a40 is on another level. The amount of customization you can you and the ability to use it with both a console and PC makes it even better. Sound quality is amazing and user interface is 10/10.

Great product; had to update the Mix amp on my PC before it worked on Xbox as I did not receive audio however it was fixed following the update! Mix amp and sound EQs are great and allow you to have upwards of four customs EQs based on preference. As someone who has been using wireless headsets for the last 5 years going back to wired has never been easier or more worth it. Sound quality 10/10 ease of use 8/10.

These were an upgrade from my Turtle Beach stealth 600. I haven’t had a wired headset in a long time so that was the biggest adjustment for me. Having the mixamp gives a lot of freedoms to add other sources and combine things into the one headset. Just a bit of a warning, the next gen consoles (Xbox series X/S and PS5) have eliminated the optical cable slot so hooking to Xbox and PC for both sound and talk simultaneously takes a few extra connections, but can be done. This is not a fault of the Astros but more of a gross oversight by the console developers. Great for content creating/streaming as well as casual gamer!
