Poor Quality Speakers, Height Not Adjustable

The sound on my cheap work laptop are better than the built-in speakers on this monitor. You'll definitely need external speakers. The height was also not adjustable. This model only tilts. Will likely return.

We certainly understand the inconvience this may have caused if you are experiencing flickering on the camera. To resolve the issue, please check if the video cable and the port on the PC are working properly, and the GPU fully-support the monitor. If these were verified working, please update the computer's chipset and video drivers. Also, please try to connect the monitor to another known good power source or AC outlet and away from electronic or electrical devices that maybe generating excessive electrical or RF noise. Uncleaned power source or faulty electrical or electronic device that is generating excessive electrical noise can disturb static-sensitive devices or components in the monitor and it may cause the camera to flicker.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. To resolve the screen from going black for a few seconds, please verify if the PC meets the requirements of the monitor. If it does, check if Windows, chipset and video drivers are up to date. Check if the port and video cable are working properly.
