The monitors are okay, but unfortunately one of the monitors has a glitch where the screen goes in and out. I didn't get the coverage with it, because well they are monitors and the glitch started just after my 15 days were up. Really I didn't even use them for 15 days. Just by the time they were delivered and I started using them was about 10 days. I was told by Best Buy there was nothing they could do, so I called Asus, but they have been giving me the run around. They suggested that I send in the monitor for repair which would take about 2 weeks minimum, but no guarantee. I am unable to work efficiently, which was the point of the 2 monitors. I suggest picking a different brand or make sure you get the coverage in case it happens to you. Screen quality is fine. Same as any other model, definitely not worth the cost. I think you can get better quality for less money and less hastle.

I would have been better of getting a bigger monitor and better clip on camera/mike unit. I end up using my old clip on unit instead, which is a hassle, because some video conference platforms like to revert to the monitor's speakers. I can't recommend this item.

Unfortunately, as other reviewers had stated, the web cam is of inferior quality. Too much lag. Poor focus. We returned this unit. The monitor, on the other hand, is excellent. Very clear and sharp. If the camera was of better quality we would have kept it.
