This monitor has amazing picture don't get me wrong but the cables ruin the entire experience. Asus got very lazy with the cables for such a beautiful monitor considering the Box only comes with a DVI cable, an audio cord, and a power cable. The Power cable is only 3 feet long so if your outlet is far away or have a desk with adjustable height your gonna need an extension cord. Also the lack of an HDMI cord or DP cable means that you cannot use it for PC or Console until you get those wires separately. Last, the power cable is extremely loose and gets knocked out by barely touching the monitor or surface its on. I had to go grab a small tv and plug that in just to right this review thats how many times the cable has fallen out. Back to what i mentioned about the adjustable desk, even just raising the desk by about an inch will probably disconnect your monitor. Overall its pretty disappointing to spend 300 dollars on a monitor expecting great quality on a screen, while you can only see the screen for a small portion of time.

At first i was looking at getting a gsync monitor to pair with my GTX 1060 6GB GPU, but after looking at prices they were way to expensive. Noticed there was only 2 of these monitors left in the store so i decided to buy one. Took it home hooked it up to display and used my other (60) hz monitor as a secondary screen. The difference between the 2 is breathtaking one of the best upgrades i have ever purchase. This monitor looks, feels, and works fantastic. Really satisfied i did not spend $600+ for a gsync. This ASUS monitor is a great model and cudos to ASUS for making a great product.

By far the best beginner gaming monitor. Picture looks great at the 1080p gaming with 144 fps. Crystal clear picture. Have one now and will be buying a second one for a dual monitor setup.

Been using this monitor for 45 days. With a display-port cable you can achieve the full 1080p 144hz refresh rate. The colors are smooth and crisp. No flickering at all. Overall an amazing product for the money.

This is a huge upgrade from my old monitor and with 144hz it looks amazing(when using DVI) playing video games look really nice and smooth I have not tried the 3D function.

I bought this monitor with my new computer. It looks great and my kids are happy with the picture quality too. We love that you can rotate the monitor as well. I would highly recommend.

So coming from a 25" TFN monitor that supposedly had a 5ms response time I was 30ms faster on this (I tested using the human benchmark reaction test), so that's pretty sweet! It's also really bright which is great in the daytime but at night I had to turn it way down (I just use a different display scene, switching is quick and easy) . The anti-glare coating on it works great too! A couple of bad things about this is that it's viewing angles aren't very good, colors seem off a little bit, and the stand seems to keep rotating the screen a little so it's not completely horizontal. Overall this really is a great gaming monitor.

I bought this monitor for my son's gaming computer and playstation 4. It came highly recommended by Best Buy salesman. Not disappointed in the quality of the picture.

Great low cost gaming monitor for anyone who's on a budget.

This monitor is great! the 144hz is is the greatest feature IMO. I'm used to the 60hz the monitors I have now, but I realized I now need to upgrade them soom!

It has continued to serve me well with no issues and very smooth with 144hz

I created a account just to leave this one review.. all I can say is WOW. The wow factor started right out of the box. The good people at Asus really hit every detail. I had bad buyers remorse walking out of the store but when I started putting it together,.. that went away quickly. All I could think to myself was "Now THIS is a toy!" I will Never dog Asus again. Great Job Asus! But seriously, if you are shopping for a good gaming screen with 3D Capability.. look no further, this is IT!

Asus 1920x1080p 144hz monitor. It works and no dead pixels.You'll need a minimum of 144 FPS to utilize this monitor

is amazing how great the picture looks, and the games and movies look really great. to get 140hz you need dvi cable.

Picked this monitor up on Black Friday 2018 for $169 and overall not too bad for that price. Here is my thoughts broken down: -TN panel good for games like COD, Battlefield, Fortnite, etc (1ms response time) -Not the best option for open world games like Witcher 3, Farcry, Skyrim, etc -Better options avaliable at the $300 price point, would not recommend at full price. The TN panel really makes everything look a bit more saturated, dark, & not natural so its hard to recommend for open world games. That said, it will play those games just fine with no hitch. Wouldn't recommend getting this monitor at full retail price as you can get better monitors at the same price point if not a bit higher.
