Gaming graphics look very good, sharp and the color pops. The 144Hz refresh rate is definitely a plus for playing games. The monitor is well packed within the box. Cables provided are a power cord, DVI(Dual-Link) video cable and a video cable. If want to connect the monitor using a Displayport or HDMI cable, you will have to buy that separately. As good as gaming graphics good, normal text on the screen when using the monitor within the normal Windows environment looks fuzzy and can see individual pixels. Maybe with some more tweaking of settings. this can be better. This is why the review received only four stars.

No dead pixels monitor is great as I'm a huge gamer. I will say the monitor is extremely bright so just make some setting adjustments on the brightness and you should be good.

Bought this monitor once around 2 years ago to upgrade from 60 to 144Hz and after having it for this long it is hard to go back, the change is noticeable immediately to everything so much so that I had to get another one to see how it looked with 2 and my god I would never go back after experiencing 144Hz on these 2 monitors together.

Great gaming monitor for the price, 144hz and 1ms response time, not to many other monitors can beat this with the price. Would recommend to anyone into competive gaming

Bought 2 of these on Black Friday for about $180 each I believe. Great purchase and I couldn't be happier. A Display Port connection is required for the 144hz functionality. Most people will only game on one monitor though so if you want to run a second / third monitor through HDMI that is what I currently do since normal screen usage doesn't benefit from the higher refresh rate.

New to the PC gaming world by 4ish months, and new to 144hz monitors by about 2 and let me tell you... If you get this or another 144hz monitor you will not want to go back to a regular monitor ever. I thought it was all just a big joke how much better they are, but they are not. 144hz is the real deal. I even so much as enjoy scrolling up and down on webpages. It's just so fresh

I was excited to finally get the monitor of my dreams. I went in on the perfect day too. the monitor was on sale and I had to take advantage of this offer.

The ASUS monitor is surprisingly lightweight. It's best when viewed in landscape mode, since it is wider than it is tall. Coupled with a Radeon Fury X GPU, the output is incredibly sharp. There seems to be one "phantom pixel" on the monitor that remains lit as one tiny red dot. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

I had high hopes for this budget friendly monitor. The colors were washed out, even after hours of trying different ICC profiles and tweaking. If you only care about the price and refresh rate, give it a try. I recommend the slightly more expensive PG248Q, which is what I ultimately ended up with. It has much better contrast, colors and performance. Good luck!
