Used to game on a 40" screen tv. Now with my 24" monitor I can see everything I need to see without any mishaps, head turning, trying to figure out my moves and the moves of my team. Smaller sure seems to be better when fast action is needed.

My research paid off. I found a great gaming monitor in the Asus. I would recommend to anyone looking for a gaming monitor.

I thought at first it was a lititle pricey, but for what you get its amazing. There are a few things that bother me tho. When Web browsing the Web the letters look mashe'd together, but for the gaming part it's amazing even on ps4 and pc.

This monitor is really good, can't really complain about the quality, graphics, maneuverability of screen, etc., not to mention the 144Hz refresh rate. Only downside I see with this monitor, it doesn't come with a Display Port Cable or HDMI instead it comes with the old style cable which my gaming computer does not have a connection for. Would be nice if Asus would add atleast a DPC instead. Other than that, so far it has ran all the games I play smooth and extremely clear.

Absolutely love this monitor. For those of you who want to stick with 1080p but want that extra bump up to 144hz this is the monitor to go with. Huge difference when going from 60-75hz refresh rate to a 144. Also this monitor is great adjustablity, it can go up high, low, tilt and even twists vertically. Great buy!

Printing with the Hp Office-Jet Pro 6978 is as easy as 123. I have disabilities so use to have problems connecting my laptop to the printer; but now I do not have to worry because with the Hp Pro 6978 I can print from any place in my home, bedroom living room, kitchen, etc.. The printing quality is great. I highly recommend it.

Sadly I thought a 144hz monitor would be a really great thing, and in many ways this one actually is, however, thats only if you have a graphics card capable of actually pushing those framerates. On nvidia i've noticed a rather large night and day difference between this monitors 144hz framerate, which is nice over 60fps however, Asus also has the VG245 with freesync, and if you have an AMD GPU, there is a complete night and day performance difference with freesync compared to just having a 144hz display. Yes both technologies have their advantages, however freesync in my personal opinion is much better at 75hz than this monitor is at 144hz. Not only is it smooth on a 75hz panel, your latency is also reduced by a significant margin just like a 144hz panel would produce as well. Really with freesync i find this monitor a hard sell, though ultimately again, this monitor does have its benefits. This panel does have nVidia's 3d mode that allows you to view your games in a greater depth so long as you have a powerful enough rig, as well as those special 3d glasses (Which aren't included) Secondly this Panel is really flexible with its movement, even allowing you to tilt the unit ina variety of ways foregoing the need to have a monitor arm. Though, ultimately this is just my review. I did enjoy this monitor however i feel you can have an equally enjoyable experience on other monitors made my ASUS as well. And if you can, get Freesync/G-Sync for that added extra comfort.

I recently purchased this monitor from Best Buy as I was able to get the absolute best price in the whole country.

The monitor itself is a great size. The picture is solid and the screen itself is lit well with easy to configure features. The adjustable height comes in handy, as well. Moving the monitor up and down to compensate for the height of the user is very easy to do, with smooth yet firm joints on the stand. Very satisfied overall.
