bought it for my HP OMEN. its a great monitor. I couldn't afford the OMEN monitor but for the price that I paid for the ASUS, I cant complain. Performance is really close, spec wise. otherwise I cant tell the difference between this one and my friend's HP OMEN monitor.

I bought this for my son who went away to college. He liked it so much, we bought another to have at home when he's here on break. He said it's a nice monitor for gaming.

This monitor is great for gaming which is why it was purchased. It works very well with a high end graphics card. The monitor also allows you to view in portrait or landscape.

I like the 90 degree rotation stand that comes with the monitor. I use it as a secondary monitor for programming in a portrait position. In hindsight I should have gone with a monitor that was not as wide but it still works for my purposes. One thing that I do not like is that a yellow tint is visible on the ends of the monitor due to the viewing angle when viewed within 3ft.

Great monitor for gaming, beautiful 144hz when using DVI or Display Port cables. Very clear display and a great adjustable stand to get the perfect view!

absolutely best gaming monitor for price. 144 / 1 MS makes and game you play look excellent! i have 3, and will be getting a few more for my other rigs!

This monitor is really good for gaming & anything else you’d want it for. Volume is a bit low tho. I use headphones so I guess it’s not a big problem

We were lucky enough to get this during the Black Friday sale. We are new to online gaming and it was recommended to us by an employee. It was the last one in the store and we know why... it is an excellent monitor and makes the games look great! Plus, it has built in speakers - which are not the best, but are good enough to do the job when needed. And it was so easy to set up, even for someone not tech savvy like me. After comparing a few different models in store, this one looked the best and the price can't be beat.

I bought this monitor to go with a gaming desktop that I am giving my grandson for Christmas. I can hardly wait to see his face on Christmas morning.

I’m not a hardcore gamer by any means, just wanted a decent monitor to replace the clunky, 32” LCD Panasonic TV that I had hooked up to my 13” MacBook Pro as a separate monitor. This is definitely worth the price point. The image quality and colors are great, and there are a good bit of settings to switch things up if need be. Sound quality in the built in speakers isn’t as good as my 13” MacBook Pro speakers alone, but not bad enough to take a star out of my rating. I also especially like the turn/swivel functions, and the easy height adjustment feature in the stand.

I've had this monitor for about a month and like it a lot. Good brightness and not a huge amount of light bleed with dark colors. However, the monitor does need a lot of adjustment for viewing text and webpages. Many videos seemed to have too much green or red, so they looked terrible using the provided display modes. I also do a lot of programming and it was very hard to read text using various display modes. Fortunately, it wasn't hard to find websites that provided setting adjustments, and it was very easy to make changes with the monitor's menu. So overall, this is a very good basic monitor, but those who want better color settings might want to pay more.

The monitor has a super high refresh rate and doesnt tear when there is movement on the screen. My only complaint is that the DVI cable has a hard time staying connected (I used some tape to hold it there). Overall, cool monitor.

unbeatable price and not to mention 144hz. The colors are good but the 144hz is the real highlight as it makes the purchase really worth it.

This monitor is good for gaming. I would totally recommend this to everyone who needs an affordable and a quality monitor.

1080hp monitor. Used to use a tv for my desktop and when I received this monitor the differences were amazing. Perfect for gaming with its 144hz.

A very good monitor, especially for gaming. It is very long so be sure you have the space for it. I like how there is a 3D capability, however I have not tried it yet. The HDMI port is a bit odd, I had to return my first monitor because the port would not let me plug in my cord but my second one worked fine.
