Total Tech Support is worth it.

After having to use it multiple time, I can personally recommend this service. The Geek Squad has always taken good care of me and my technical issues - with friendliness, humor and efficiency. They always try to keep the costs as low as possible, without trying to sell unnecessary parts or labor. Good product and good people.
