Renders text beautifully, at 27" provides plenty of real estate, beautiful colors, and it's extremely thin, with a fine bezel, and presents a matte finish with an unobtrusive appearance when not in use. Overall, an excellent monitor, and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

After many countless hours of research and review - This monitor was the best out of everything out there. The display is beautiful, it handles console and desktop gaming with no issues. It also has several built in presets that make adjusting color/tint/brightness a snap.

This monitor is comparable to others twice its price! Great picture and color and it has speakers built in. The only down side is it can not be mounted on a wall mount, but the frame looks awesome anyways...

Ive had this monitor for a few weeks now. It works great. Very clear and sharp and has different settings for different uses. I use it with my laptop for doing graphics. I also play an MMO on it. I really just needed a large monitor, so the fact that is had built-in sound too was a bonus, but not important to me. Which was a good thing because I've since unplugged the sound and just use the speakers on the laptop (17' Toshiba Qosmio). They are nice enough and I really don't need sound for most of what I do. So, bottom line, it does what I needed, but if you want really great sound then you need to just get good speakers. Do not expect good sound from this monitor.

Love this monitor. Can't find any thing to complain about. Great contrast and is large enough to make CAD drawings a breeze. About the only thing odd are the control buttons that seem to be capacitive switches which at first were a little hard to get use to.

I'm satisfied with my purchase, but its reassuring to know if for some reason I do not like it, I can return it with no questions asked for a different model.
