We are terribly sorry for the trouble you have faced with the tray door scraping your table. You could try to keep it slightly elevated on something on the table to avoid any scraping. Does not work with Windows 11
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This device came in a box with a sticker on the front that clearly says "Windows 11 Ready." But when I hook it up to my HP desktop with Windows 11, it does not work. A green light is visible on the front of the drive, so I know it is getting power, and it makes a bit of noise for a few seconds, but my system does not recognize it as a drive. It does not read the disc that I inserted. It is not listed as a drive in my directory.

All I want to do is load CD's to my PC, and burn CD's....Loading no problem. Burning is pathetic. I've trashed more blank CD's because it constantly stops burning right after it starts. Keep getting error notice. No recommending from me other than stay away...bad product.
