    I bought a new laptop that did not have a DVD-CD drive and I needed it to load several programs that I use daily. It works great and has a good speed for downloading. I have not used it yet for Write / Rewrite.

    Not much to say. This basic external drive got the job done. It plays DVD’s and old CD-ROM’s. Though, the build quality is a bit lower than what I had expected at this price point. The tray, when ejected, feels a bit fragile.

    DVD burner appears to be of better quality than my previous LG burner, which broke. I use it for both desktop and laptop computer.

    I have not used it yet, but seems easy to use and hook up to laptop when needed. I have lots of photos on CDs. It also comes in hand on other CDs and DVDs when traveling.
