Loved this laptop but had to return it. It was able to run the games I needed but the battery life for when i needed it for work or school was just VERY bad. The I/O ports could use some work... would love atleast 2 USB A and 2 USB C but i know thats asking for alot for $1500 this is too exspensive for the performance it gives. gettings 2.5-4 hrs on regular document writing is unacceptable.

Great laptop but the screen started bowing so will be exchanging today in hopes that it was just a one time defect. Well review again when next machine arrives.

Took a chance after reading many reviews about loud fan and overheat. The laptop froze and we had to reset computer on the first day . And when it’s working, then it gets super ho. We return the computer to best buy

This product might’ve been a new a good product if it had been new bought it as open box would not charge took it into geek squad. They sent it off send it back with the same problem.. had limited time to return after getting it back from repair. So I took it back to get a refund.

Nice little laptop! It is fast and can run games in steam. If you are a heavy gamer i wouldnt recommend this computer because it heats up rather fast, but for occasional gaming it should be fine.

It was great at first but then a few months later everything started failing, the battery, the fans, the ram, the only thing that worked was the display and the ssd. Thankfully I had the GSP on it and I got my money back. Not giving it a lower rating cause it could’ve just been a fluke and we just lucked out on what is probably a great computer but no it sucked for us.

Working like a champ for my son in college. Small enough to take back and forth to school with plenty of computing power. Get this laptop with the Best Buy Totaltech and this will last him all though college.

Its a fast computer but the touch screen is terrible. The first one i had the touch screen glitches and always sensed things touching it. I returned it and got another one new and there are patches on the screen that dont detect contact and it limits your drawing space. It also still sometimes glitches, i had to disable the touch screen

A used but excellent condition was purchased. But the GPU fan does not spin. Settings don't help. Air in a can made the fins spin freely, but afterwards the fan didn't spin on its own. Asked for an exchange. 48 hours later BestBuy canceled the replacement. The laptop never overheated nor turned off nor froze. So I'm just going a complete return now, purchasing a new one. Excellent-used is not worth it.

The laptop is working great for now. It only heats up when you are using it for heavy tasks like gaming. I gave it 3 stars as I bought an open box version that was marked as excellent-geek squad certified. It was mentioned that the laptop was professionally cleaned but it arrived with a million fingerprints all over the screen and body. Not very professional of BestBuy.

Light, fast and portable. Needs the XG Mobile for maximum performance but a great machine without if you do not want to do much gaming.

the keyboard just stopped working one day no reason. One key started failing after another. The sound also went out. I was assured it was replaced but the audio was just really really muddy and bad. The ram had issues as well.

This laptop is great only have had it for a week and it's been awesome for school and some gaming, so crazy how this laptop can have such good specs in a small form factor of a device

Good laptop for gamers who are looking for a notebook style one. Don't expect more than 2 to 3 hrs of battery life on heavy use( gaming and video editing) it is expected

So far so good! I love the size, the screen is pretty! Wish the backlit keyboard was rgb but thats a nitpic.

This thing is shockingly powerful for its size and weight. I can't believe how much performance they packed into this laptop. I will say that if you are serious about gaming on the go, the 13.4-inch size is one you need to put your hands on before diving into. I do find myself reaching for an external mouse and keyboard when I'm not on mobile, which this machine can handle with no problems. Plenty of RAM (16gb) combined with the RTX3050 graphics card blaze through most of the games I've thrown at it. I'm loving the small finishing touches like the tiny grove under the backlit chiclet keys on the keyboard that allow the light to cast just slightly below the keys, or the super bright 120hz IPS touchscreen. the built-in trackpad almost has a clicky-key feel to it, which is positive feedback for clicks but also drives me to want to use a mouse in most situations. Charging over USC-C and including a dedicated HDMI port up the options for connectivity and docking with other devices. I have been unable to confirm the choice of materials for the lid and chassis, but if it's not some kind of anodized aluminum, it has a high-end metal feel, and hardness. Being a Republic of Gamers machine, the preloaded software was very slim, with not a lot of bloatware, and the Asus, Ryzen, and Nvidia tools are all installed for you to tweak settings to your liking. Overall I am loving the responsiveness and speed from the combination of the NVidia graphics and the 1TB SSD. This machine is VERY portable and lightweight. It outperforms the older 17-inch workstation laptop that it is replacing in my house. I recommend this for anyone who is serious about both gaming and portability

Amazing laptop, can run lots of games however gaming on battery suffers a ton unless you limit your fps or don't play any intensive games Recommend if you're getting the xg mobile

Great for gaming, and runs at a great speed. The picture is clear, and I've been using it every day.
