Quality control issues!

However, the quality control for these laptops is bad. The first one had uneven height keys on the keyboard and also the RGB lighting was brighter in certain areas and not so bright in other areas of the keyboard. Got a second one to try and that new laptop has a dead pixel and bad screen bleed. The keyboard on the second laptop was better, but the screen was obviously worse. Bought the laptops when they were on sale for $1,099. Now they are on clearance for $1,299 and only open box ones are available. I would recommend it if you could find one without the hardware/ quality control issues and at the right price.

This is primarily used for school and work with video through MS Teams. The issues are tough to narrow down if it’s the laptop or network, but so far I am happy. Touchscreen was a great option!

Great Laptop. Where's My Price Match?

It really needs a cooling pad if you're doing anything that is compute-intensive. Now for my gripe: I paid $1999 for my laptop and a couple weeks later, Best Buy advertised it for $1599 (or so) and I contacted online customer service and they said that I was eligiable for a price match. I'm still waiting for my price match to arrive. . .

I didn’t realize how much battery charger was eaten up while I was using my 3-D rendering program. Kept it plugged in most of the time.

Not a fan of the flip screen, but cant complain as i got the beast on sale. Great for a console replacement, blutooth a controller and flip the screen and you’re good to go. Get xbox game pass and it will will supplement and xbox.

It's been great! Does the job and then some. I've had it for several months, and no issues. No complaints. I'd buy again.

On battery, it lasts me only 2-3 hours which isn't sufficient for college classes. Besides the battery, performance is great!

This one meets the expectations I have for a laptop. I enjoy being able to have lit up key boards along with a way to take my gaming with me. I also enjoy watching videos and other forms of entertainment on here.
