I was so excited to see this on sale. Such an amazing laptop. Rtx 3060 and ryzen 9? For $800 off? Let’s go! Nope. Got home. Had to power down 3 times before I could do anything. I got this laptop with intentions for college work and some gaming. Started playing a more laxed game called satisfactory. Which my pc with a 3060 plays smoothly. And it kept having issues. The mouse would go unresponsive. And the keys would delay. I thought maybe I need to restart since I just downloaded the game. Nope. Same issues. Then it froze. I gave up. Today at work, I decided to give it one more chance. I’m working over time and have a lot of down time. So I figured I could at least use Netflix. AGAIN. Can’t even run that. It goes completely black. Downloaded the app, thought that was the issue. Nope. Again. Won’t even play the previews without glitching. Sooooo bummed. I always wanted a gaming lap top. I can see why it was $800 off. Paid $1200 for it. Returning it today when I get off. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I bought this through a fantastic deal! So far, very happy with how it runs. I'm a creative who works from home, and this thing can run InDesign, Photoshop, and a YouTube video in the background without issue. Also, the customizable keyboard backlights are super cute.

Great grafics. But 2 weeksafter i got it, it shut down and gave error msgs causing me to take to a repair store. Not sure what result is yet.

Everything i wanted the gameing is grate keeps up with all the games i play the only thing i have had a problem with is the keys will stick after you hit a button it will keep going untill another button is hit other than that its wonderful

This laptop has more than served its purpose. With the wonderful video quality, amazing graphics, and large screen it is very comfortable to use for both entertainment and professional use. Not only that, the portability makes it truly unique and wonderful.

Very happy with my purchase, was a little concerned at first as it seemed to need more graphic card updates than i thought a new computer should need but all is good. I got a cooling board to prevent overheating. Love it so far, graphics are great.

Impressive laptop, fast and reliable. Initially I had doubt on the color and refresh of the screen but probably because i got use to my previous laptop, so the screen seemed a little bit odd. now after a year, i can say this was a nice upgrade

Only had for a few days, had to return due to rebooting issues and shutting off by itself. Other then that, was very smooth. All I really play is Fortnite, and it handled that like a champ

This truly was a "Best Buy." At the reduced price from MSRP, this was a terrific value. I was concerned about quality issues I heard other reviewers complain about, but, I had no issues setting it up, no blue screens, or mechanical part or cosmetic issues etc. Everything was smooth. If you can still find one of the remaining units, grab it while you can. You won't be disappointed. I did select average on battery life, but, that is not a knock on this unit. It is not reasonable to expect marathon battery life on the gorgeous 16" screen doing demanding power hungry applications. Speed, I also clicked average. But, don't confuse that. For the price, it comes with 16GB Ram and you can still upgrade the Ram if you want or put a faster SSD in there. I have no complaints. Very satisfied.

I was not expecting to use the laptop as a tablet, and was positively surprised about it! The screen is amazing and the laptop is very versatile. The only issue is the weight, but it is expected to be heavy because of its size.

A very good gaming PC. But there's a lot of fan noise

This laptop can do just about anything and can run some AAA titles. It's very quiet, hardly makes a lot of noise. Charges insanely quickly. It doesn't die when it's asleep, and it's overall the best laptop I've owned.

I was looking for 2 in 1 laptop with RTX Graphics card. I was looking at few others but I made a right choice. I purchased Dell Inspiron 16 in 2 first but It didn't work good. After that I found this ASUS and I fell in love with it. Display is amazing and very bright, keyboard is awesome for typing. Touch screen works great. In Performance mode this is a beast of a laptop. I am very happy with the purchase.

This laptop is dope. The screen looks really nice and is high refresh rate and touchscreen. It’s good for everything and can run games well.

Awesome laptop for on the go gaming and just normal web surfing it comes with a touch screen which is great for when you want to go iPad mode

AMAZING computer! It is a gaming computer, but we are using it for design work, and it is super-fast, too! It was a GREAT price, and I couldn't find a comparable unit for a similar price ANYWHERE at all.

Amazing screen with incredible brightness and color (I tried the Acer Predator and hated it, the screen was insanely dark, I hated it lol) and with the functionality of this laptop, I can't get enough of it. It has a lot of Surface Pro-like features that honestly wasn't very enticing for me before, but after THIS device, oh my goodness I love it so much. Perfect for what I need, thin, fun to use, great battery life..etc Save up and buy it, you'll be glad you did

I got this for almost two weeks, Work pretty good, and no issues yet. I am using Asus for more than 12 years and never disappointed me:))))

I use this laptop for engineering / CAD work. It runs my applications extremely well; I am happy with my choice!

I bought this model because of the features it has, when I bought it and turned it on I realized that I had a problem, it was not reading the Nvidia graphics card, when I took it to the geek squad they gave me several options, refund my money, choose another model or change the motherboard, since this particular model was out of stock, I decided to repair it, I started using it recently since it was under repair for two weeks, I realize that it gets too hot, also that the mouse sometimes doesn't work correctly.
