I also had a difficult time just getting them to stay in my ear. But that's probably user error since I don't typically wear that style. I ended up returning them. I can't really rate them good or bad.

She says they sound good and don't have any issues with the audio or mic, but they aren't the most comfortable.

I was using my galaxy buds pro 2..but they didnt seem to do the trick for the Ally. So i got these excellent comfortable little earbuds made for the ally and gaming. They work perfectly. Sound is great, and they are comfortable. They match the color and style of the Ally and so does the case they come in. Get the app for your phone set them up and enjoy..very easy to use.

He tells everyone how he LOVES the headphones. He’s always letting people try them on to test them. He said gaming is on another level when he wears these headphones.

Call them was sent around thier phone service and was hang up on. Went to website of ASUS and was referred back to best buy. Call best buy conect me back to ASUS an although it was under the one year warranty does not cover shipping to get repaired so its a good time wasted and now i have to wait even long for it to go back to them and come back. Works long enought to past best buy return and exchange policy but makes it hard to deal with ASUS service. Aslo one year warranty dose not cover you shipping it to them
