I also had a difficult time just getting them to stay in my ear. But that's probably user error since I don't typically wear that style. I ended up returning them. I can't really rate them good or bad.

The only problem I have with them is the microphone that is built in can be a little glitchy sounding. Overall I have had a good experience though!
