Had it for about 3 month stop charging schedule a geek squad repair and was turn down say i had to go to manufacture for service. Call them was sent around thier phone service and was hang up on. Went to website of ASUS and was referred back to best buy. Call best buy conect me back to ASUS an although it was under the one year warranty does not cover shipping to get repaired so its a good time wasted and now i have to wait even long for it to go back to them and come back. Works long enought to past best buy return and exchange policy but makes it hard to deal with ASUS service. Aslo one year warranty dose not cover you shipping it to them

Had this for almost two weeks, i tried playing around with it on the app for the phone and tablet to change the EQ and it was pretty good. Bass hits well, treble and mids meh. The worst part is the mic. My friends could hear me, but it would sound distorted. I even heard my friends through it on a test call and it sounded hollow. I guess its good for gaming with the "low" latency, but mic quality is important for me so i can communicate.

Earbuds have good quality but microphone is probably the worst thing out in the world. Nobody can ever hear me, not even in regular phone calls.

In "gaming mode" Bluetooth lag is noticeably reduced. I've enjoyed mine quite a bit and was surprised at the quality to price.

Looks like these are made mainly for the asus rog handheld and mobile gaming but for computer gaming theres so much hoops you gotta jump through just to connect them on top of that the asus app wasnt great and you need it to push firmware updated but it struggle to that as well. Ill unfourantly have to wait for the sony elite pulse to come out to see they are good wireless bud for my gaming computer

The connectivity is not very good, they disconnect when you remove them from your ear, but when you put them back in your ear they do not synchronize.
