This is a great motherboard. I bought it to pair with my Ryzen 9 3900x, and it handles the CPU fine. To be honest, this motherboard is overkill for most Ryzen 3000 series CPUs besides the 3900x and 3950x. But no matter what Ryzen 3000 series CPU you decide to get, this motherboard will do the job.

good alternative to the Dark Hero version. Temps for CPU 5900x are good. Differences between the dark hero and this version. Is that there is Wifi/Bluetooth built into the Dark Hero. Some temp differences. But not enough to justify waiting if you're wanting to game soon.

I'm not going to bash this product because of my mistake, but I'm going to use this as a PSA. For users planning to use an AMD APU, (G-series) DO NOT BUY THIS BOARD. There are no video outputs that the APU can use. Again, my fault though.

I typically use Asus and or Asrock motherboards, and I do think you can't go wrong with this board. There's plenty of fan headers, and slots. Although I do wish there were two usb 3.1 headers instead of one. Other than that it's a great buy.

I wrote a post about this weeks ago but for some reason it never posted. I hope it wasn't filtered out. Speaking of never posted. I built a brand new system with top of the line parts and could not get the new system to the BIOS. I did every bit of troubleshooting I could, asked the tech at a computer store, and called ASUS several times and they finally determined that it was a bad board and to return it. Unfortunately this was during the two months when motherboards and most xomputer parts were gew and gat between. It took 3 weeks to get a new board in which had the same issue! I know you think I screwed it up but I yested everything, bought a cheap CPU, GPU and RAM to test and even with swapping everything out, i couldn't get into the BIOS. I did everything feom swap components to flashing the BIOS and it didn't work. Okay, whatever it's just terrible luck and it is what it is. My main issue was with the poor customer service I received from ASUS when I called to make sure I exhausted all of my troubleshooting options. The representative heard what I was dealing with and suggested trying something I already tried several times which I agreed to do. The issue is that he basically tried to get off the phone with me after making one suggestion to fix the issue instead of offering to stay on the line and provide more options. I spent 3 years in a customer service role and would have never just made one suggestion and push to get off the phone without knowing if it worked or not and provide additional options if necessary. Ultimately I returned the boards to Beat Buy and went with a Gigabyte board from a different store and used all the same components and it fired up and I was able to get into the BIOS on my first attempt. I think I had terrible luck with the boards but the lack of customer service feom ASUS was just sad. Best Buy also struggled to communicate properly during this time in which the rep didn't tell me I had to return the item to the store before they would order a replacement which wasted a week. They also told me to keep an eye out on the website and to call them when it came back in stock instead of offering to keep track for me especially since motherboards were selling out almost instantly every time they became available. Lastly, when I finally received the replacement, it was clearly already used which soured the situation even more. At that point, I already bought a new board from a different retailer so I returned it and ended the fiasco. Overall the experience was sub par but I do know this board has been great for people, just not me. It really was the baf customer service that trined me off completely. I'm happy with my Gigabyte

I was lucky. Only one cpu fan error causing system not to boot. Mother board has flash via ethernet that saved the day. A much needed bios update cleared the error code and this board has everything I needed. Best of all no headaches!

Great motherboard, runs great and has all the bells and whistles I was looking for. Nice RGB which is easily customizable, makes it fun to make your PC purty. No complaints, highly recommended.

The cheapest of the extreme high end X570 motherboards. Has a very good design and good audio quality. Only downside is how the chipset heatsink must be removed to access the lower m.2

Came. In perfect condition and packaged very well. Still waiting on other parts before I can build with the motherboard but when I do I'll definitely update this review!

Beautiful design, I am still waiting to put it together with my new ryzen processor, I am hoping the bios is set and does not need to be updated. still not sure

Great board! All the features you could possibly need. I only wish it had a third m.2 slot. It has plenty of sata ports for other SSD so not a huge concern.

Bought this motherboard for my son's first custom built gaming computer. Install was easy, even for beginners. You won't be disappointed with this motherboard.

BIOS is very detailed with many things to be changed, lots of options, it looks sharp and elegant, 9900k worked perfectly fine. Not much else to talk about it really.

Great motherboard but after 2 1/2 years with it, the DIMM slots decided to stop working. Have to do an RMA on it seeing as Best Buy doesnt offer GS Protection

I bought this motherboard for my first gaming machine build in a long time and it was a great grab! No regrets at all!

ASUS makes the best motherboards out there and would recommend the Crosshair series for anyone that games on their PC

Mistakingly didnt know this didnt have wifi. I didnt even know they made a Hero without it. It was my own fault. Returned it unopened

Let me tell you, you cannot go wrong with this board! It’s so clean and worth every single penny!

Received damage. The start button as well as the RGB headers were bent. I had to bend them into place. I received the package dented on all the corners of the box. Guess they do not care about proper handling of packages. So far, the motherboard works, I just hope something else does not fail with this Asus board as this was a replacement for the Asus B550-E that had bad USB ports.

Love this board. It does what I need tome after time. The only complaint I have was the bios needing to be updated for my 5600.
