This had the features and price that I was happy with. So far 11 months down the road and it's been great. I am about to upgrade the memory and harddrive. But that is something that I was planning on doing anyway.

It is not far behind my MSI laptop from a year ago, and was a lot cheaper. The keyboard in particular is one of the best I've used on a laptop. Strange that they declined to include a webcam.

But those are the only two things that I would consider negatives. I didn't need either one so this laptop fit what I was looking for really good. It's light and easy to travel with. The solid state drive and video card make it extremely fast.

The usb ports are extremely flimsy, the keyboard is constantly typing on its own, and without upgrading the ram you can listen to music and use the internet at the same time. I bought this at the beginning of my foray into PCs and it definitely showed me everything I need to stay far away from.

This is my second machine manufactured by this company and if it works as well as the first one I will be more than satisfied. By the way, the first one is still working perfectly.

Still have not used it to its full potential yet. But the start-up is very fast, The only thing that I did not realize was that it did not have any SD or micro SD card reader and I purchased this for photo editing.

When I wake it up, it goes blank for about one second and then comes on. Also, when I first got it, it would randomly make an awful buzzing noise. Nothing I had heard from any computer before.

We did get the shipment and a little earlierthan promised. The computer has worked well.
