    Needed new for Sims game. This item did not have the memory and speed needed to run this game. Returned and got a gaming laptop. But had one similar to this version and worked well until screen died after 2 years.

    Purchased in May 2019. Had to send it out for speaker and keyboard repair in August 2019. Without computer for 2.5 wks. Works normally after repairs. Very hopeful this is a one time issue.

    Ended up returning it for a dell g3. Performance was great but the 1650 and poor display made it fall short of expectations. Thermal performance while gaming was excellent.

    It’s not the best for sit run yea but it’s battery life is only a 1-2 hours and I got it brand new it lags sometimes too

    This labtop has gave me nothing but issues. Updates all drivers and bios and the screen still randomly will go black and come back. From searching the internet to playing games. I don’t recommend this computer. Lots of reviews just like mine with the same issues.

ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and final inspections for both hardware and software before we send it out to the stores worldwide. Inorder to resolve the display please try the steps listed below. If the issue persists, we recommend that you back up your data and perform a system reset.

      Hard Reset/Restart:
      Please perform a hard restart.
      1. Unplug the charger.
      2. Press and hold the power button for 1 full minute
      3. Plug in only the charger and start up normally

      BIOS Reset
      1. Push the power button and tap on "F2"
      2. Once in the BIOS, tap "F9" and select "Yes"
      3. Then tap on "F10" and select "Yes" (to save settings and restart)

    Extend your Asus Warranty Plz!

    Was incredibly happy to purchase this computer! After for using it for about a year, there was a bios update that caused Windows to crash and that was the end of it all! I've been spending money to fix the same laptop and Im still making monhtly payments. Had to send back to manufacturer. Prob the worse case scenario.

    Horrible, keyboard broke in 1 month and geek squad did nothing but say they can ship it out.... I used it for college at the time so I couldn’t do that usless garbage pc NEVER UPDATE THE KEYBORD IT BRICKS IT!

    I had nothing but problems with this computer, the computer screen would black out and it would freeze up randomly. I would eventfully swap it out for a different computer altogether.

      1. After the download is completed, go to where you saved the folder.
      2. Right-click on the folder and choose ''Extract All'' and then choose ''Extract'' again.

      4. Next, open the SETUP file.

    Main issue is the charging port breaks very easily. Created in a non secure manner and requires a sizeable repair. And good luck finding a replacement charger if needed

    This computer is by far the largest piece of junk I have ever bought. My last Asus was not great but it put this piece of junk to shame. Boot up and it won't let you type and programs refuse to open and then you can't even restart to try to clear the issue. This company is on its way down folks do not buy anything from them as I have wasted thousands now. Hope this helps someone from the same fate I have had twice now.
