I purchased it 2 months ago and recently one day while I was playing game on laptop one of speaker gets heated up so much that the plastic of body above it was also heated up. And next day the sound quality of the speaker found to be distorted. I was really embarrassed by this thing.

Unfortunately, this model does not have international warranty. You can have the unit service in India, however it will be serviced as out of warranty. Bricked in 4 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this computer for my daughter for Christmas and it’s already gone down. She’s barely used it and a few days ago the display glitched out and froze the whole computer. It wouldn’t work unless it was plugged in. We spoke to ASUS and they agreed it sounded like the graphics card and told us we needed to email the hardware dept. Someone got back to use after 2 days and told us to install new drivers and a few other things. We did this and that’s when the problem got worse to the point that the laptop won’t even turn on now. We have sent a few follow-up emails but have not heard back. Very disappointing that this thing is already a brick and It couldn’t come at a worse time when my daughter needs it to be able to do school work. Trying to be patient considering the circumstances due to Covid-19 but I hope they’re able to help us get this resolved soon.
