Have a 2070 in my desktop and love it, but this runs titles great and is perfect for the casual laptop.

We got this laptop for our 17 year old son who's a gamer. It was the second one we purchased, with the first being a different brand. This one far exceeds our expectations. Very happy with our purchase.

As my laptop was dying a miserable death we came into this “pandemic “ working at a call center it didn’t take a rocket scientist to see this coming, the choice was offered to work from home, or...... I. Was quickly in the market for a computer. I was looking at them anyway since I couldn’t do 4K video editing, I saw this unit marked down and in stock. Purchased it online and was offered “ contact free delivery “ other than sitting out in the parking lot with some guy sneaking around going hey you, to every one I got my stuff. Still trying to figure it out but I’m working still. Thanks Best Buy.

For the price the laptop carries it performs and you get what you pay for. It meets the required specs for a good majority of the games out there but don't think it can handle VR for a sec. Been using it to mostly play Battlefront although I get audio issues from time to time but after reading up it seems to be more of a software issue rather than a hardware. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with this purchase.

Great PC but a few things to consider before you buy. I should have done more homework before I bough this PC. My reason for buying in the first place was because I needed a new PC and this was on sale for a great price. I don't PC game but I figured I might as well get a PC that has extra power even though I didn't really need it. The first issue is that it does not have a number pad. So I searched youtube for reviews and saw a few reviews. In the reviews I noticed that the track pad had a number pad (digital if you will). Also noticed that the keyboard has lights as well as around the bottom of the PC. When I received it, the keyboard lights up but not around the bottom of the PC. Then I noticed that the track pad does not have a digital number pad. Did more research and in conclusion there seems to be 2 models with the same exact model number from what I can tell. The one that bestbuy sells does not have the digital track pad nor the lights around the bottom of the PC. It is my fault for not doing more research before I bought it. So if you need a number pad, do not buy this PC. Now, I have had a few more issues. The PC does not go into sleep mode by it's self. I have set it to go into sleep after 5 minutes of no use. I have tried every setting possible. I do not have anything connected to it either. Also, if I press the power button, it will go to sleep but in an hour or more I will come back and it is awake. I have come to the conclusion that I am either missing something or possibly being a Gaming PC, there is a setting preventing it from going into sleep. Also twice I have come back to hear my PC making a speaker sound cutting in and out for no reason even though nothing was playing. So now once I am done working on it, I just turn it off. It loads up real quick so that is not a major issue. In short I have mixed feelings about this PC.

Good laptop seems to run very well and holds up to some games I play. fps is a lot better if you have an external monitor to connect with.

Great computer for what I wanted it for. I added a 1tb hard drive right away. The only other thing I will probably do is add another 8 gb of RAM at some point

Great product with hush speed. My son loved it then got bored because most of his friends on Xbox so he went back to it and now the gaming laptop is in a corner being neglected.

Great ! Can handle having multiple people on screen(for example for a meeting or online teaching/learning) without slowing down the system. Nice wide screen.

Seriously, I didn’t want to spend too much money on a gaming laptop, and this one was perfect. Everything holds up wonderfully, and will not let you down in terms of performance.

I got this to game at my lady’s place when she was busy, and didn’t expect a monster. What I got was kind of a monster. The cpu is fantastic. 4gb graphics card is great for 1080p gaming.

The SSD is fast loading and makes restarting and updating a breeze! Can play almost all of the top 100 games out right now! Which is something awesome for out of the box laptop!

Needed a replacement computer for my kids to play all the new games with higher graphic demands. I didn’t want to spend too much and this one hit the sweet spot on price and performance.

This system is a steal for its price point and easily up-gradable. for the starter gamer with a smaller steam library, this is exactly what you need as you can upgrade it as you need in the future.

The machine is performing very well, and we love the light display on the keyboard. The only drawback is that we didn't realize there isn't a built in camera for video conferencing.

Overall it’s a solid computer, but I’ve had weird issues with the keyboard not working and the fans are really loud

The price for this laptop is great for all the features you get with it! A lot of gaming laptops have the same specs but are incredibly expensive compared to this one. Works great for all needs.

It's a pretty good laptop. The best I found for the price. I got it on sale for $799. I bought a 2nd 8GB stick of 2666 ram and it works as dual channel. Wish it had a full size keyboard though.

been shopping for a while for a new laptop to fit my needs, this one is great, good for gaming and school. Can't wait to really break it in.
