    It bottleneck at gpu at 98% play call of duty when i had a computer pro check it out he said it shouldn't that it maxing out the gpu

      We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if the PC bottlenecks at 98% GPU utilization. To resolve this, update Windows, drivers, BIOS and the Armoury Crate utility software if outdated. Updates for the device are posted at: https://rog.asus.com/us/gaming-handhelds/rog-ally/rog-ally-2023/helpdesk_bios/ . Configure the game, video and performance mode settings inside the Armoury Crate utility, ensure it doesn't exceed beyond the game's threshold. Additionally, while gaming, ensure no resource hungry applications, processes or services, not needed, are running in the background, this will definitely cause a bottleneck due to higher CPU utilization. If these steps were performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application.     Extremely disproportionated, broke after two weeks

    I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The computer only worked for about two weeks before completely failing. On startup, it wouldn’t display anything on the monitor, and the fans immediately kicked into what sounded like turbo mode. I sent the computer in for repairs, and it has now been over two weeks with no progress and no meaningful updates. The only thing Best Buy has told me is that they’re “waiting for the parts they need” That’s it. No timeline, no details, nothing. When I contacted customer service, they weren’t able to provide any additional information, not even a rough estimate of when the repair might be completed. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left completely in the dark after spending this much money on a device that lasted barely two weeks. At this point, I’m beyond disappointed with both the product and the repair process. I expected far better communication and accountability. I wouldn’t recommend buying a computer from Best Buy based on this experience.

    I bought this is October of 2025 it’s March 2026 and my pc was in sleep mode and I turned if off by accident and it hasn’t came on since
