Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The package was missing the C19 Power cord, it came with 2 RAM sticks, one didn't work, PSU is 500 Watt. I already had the power cord, was planning on getting 32GB of memory before hand. The PSU is deficient for the setup and causes restarts, so I still need to replace the PSU with something similar to a 750-850 Watt PSU. An external fan is still needed. I bought this PC on sale, I got what I paid for. If someone doesn't mind swapping out items, then this PC will work for you as well.

It's unfortunate to hear that you did not received power cord also RAM not working , All our products do go through an intensive quality control testing process to ensure that customers get units that are in proper working condition, what you've experienced was not intentional. It did work great for the very short time I had it, but then my circuit breaker kept tripping and it turned out to be because of the computer. I'm sure it was just a freak thing that was wrong with this particular unit. But I did not replace it so really don't have any further info on it.

You also need to remove the video card to gain access to it properly. The fan is LOUD, you hear it when it goes HIGH speed.
