However they are 3-4 years old and not worth anywhere near $1,000. There are plenty of better PCs for cheaper. Or if you know someone who can build a PC, buy the parts. Absolute poor build too. Cheap plastic and no airflow in, no where to install anymore fans.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections. Considering the hardware configurations of the PC, it is a good deal with a competitive price. If you build a PC with similar hardware configurations your cost will be higher than the price of the ASUS G10CE. The airflow or cooling system is adequate enough to efficiently dissipate heat while the PC is under heavy load.

They’ve used it made 10 times since. Every time they turn it on, something locks up or freezes or needs to be restarted. Updates are constantly freezing or taking literal hours to complete. Doing anything other than browsing the internet takes three times as long as it should. Half the time, I can’t even restart and have to hard reset. This could be an issue with Windows 11, I don’t know. I abandoned Windows years ago, but kids wanted to be “gamers” (eye roll). I’m going to try to install an SSD and see if that speeds things up a bit, but out of the box, in my opinion, this thing is junk.

It exceeded my expectations in every category important to me. Primary use is rendering videos, enhancing and modifying photos. I also use to backup my relatively large Windows Media and iTunes libraries. I highly recommend for similar applications.
