Beware of upgrades needed to use it

Really poor thermals

Running basic COD Black Ops on 2160x1440 resolution on high, Cpu got throttled, hit 100C and then shut down. The components are capable of MUCH more but just shoddy design coupled with really cheap cooling parts from the manufacturer. Nope

Now it has a defect straight from the factory. You will need to replace the cooler as the one that is installed will not work. The unit overheats.. also add an additional fan. Is this unit worth the price yes and no, the video card is around 1300. But the defect if your not computer savvy will cost you to have that replaced.

We do understand the disappointment and inconvenience if you are concern about PC overheating.
The colling system is adequate to dissipate excessive heat while the PC is under heavy load. It is normal for the computer, with the same hardware configuration and regardless of the manufacturer, to generate more heat than normal while under heavy load especially during gaming, WINDOWS Update and antivirus scan. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full-throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource hungry applications, services and processes, are running in the background, since this will definitely cause a spike in the temperature. The heat or temperature does decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down.

Bought a second, value plus performance stays cool

First one has been running perfect for a few months since it came out. Very happy I was expecting to need a better cpu cooler as I had to put one on my own graphics machine, but so far they have both been fine. Great value for money

Every game I’ve tried to play runs on Ultra graphics: Examples: Rust, Ark, Rainbow six siege.

Yes the cooling is absolutely terrible. YOU WILL HAVE TO CHANGE CASES OR ADD MORE COOLING! But for the price, after some upgrades you are still $2,000-$3,000 below what you would pay for similar specs anywhere else!
