You have to take off the side panel I. Order to lower the temperatures on the gpu. I returned it because of that.

CPU cooler is a major fail.

We do understand your concern about the CPU cooler and the thermal issues you are experiencing.
The CPU cooler or fan was fully-tested with no problem found dissipating heat efficiently. It is normal for the fan to spin at full-throttle and the laptop will generate more heat than normal while under heavy load especially during gaming, WINDOWS Update, antivirus scan and while running utility software like 3DMark. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full-throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While running 3DMark, or while gaming, please ensure no system resource hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature. The heat or temperature does decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down.

Poor thermals, decent parts

Out of the box, expect this thing to hit 90-100c and then power off due to overheating. There is not much room in the case to work. After upgrading the CPU cooler to a beefier Noctua and adding a 120mm front fan, I did not see a drop in thermals. Only buy this PC if you plan to swap it into another case.
