We're sorry to hear about the unfortunate experience you're having with thhe cooling on this model. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient airflow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource-hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature. The heat or temperature does decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down. Yes please! When you order just make sure to also order 2 120mm fans for intake in the front of the case and either a 240mm AIO cooler for the cpu in the top or a 3rd 120mm fan for exhaust and you will be happy

It does come with a very standard mouse and keyboard. Personally I think the keyboard is more useful than the mouse. You might want to consider upgrading to a different mouse if you plan on using it for gaming. The mouse feels super light and cheap.
