It does come with a very standard mouse and keyboard. Personally I think the keyboard is more useful than the mouse. You might want to consider upgrading to a different mouse if you plan on using it for gaming. The mouse feels super light and cheap.

Worst Case Design Ever

Unfortunately ASUS failed every aspect of case size to CPU cooling. It would boot up and 30 seconds later it would shut down after the CPU overheated. I returned this after trying and failing to install a method that would keep it from doing so.

An excellent gaming rig!

I normally play on my PS5 or Xbox Series X but playing on PC gives me a new wider experience and this one here exeeds my expectations! The power and everything. It’s definitely worth it.

It functioned at a lower rate than the built in 3080 which they must have customized for. The box is too tight and it overheats.

Please note that the processor used in this unit does not have Integrated Graphics as the CPU is the "F" variant (11700KF). GPU utilization is entirely dependent on the Game Engine and CPU being used. We would recommend getting help from a store/shop you trust if necessary with upgrades.

This will be my 2nd return and driving 2 hours to do. Going to go with a Cyberpower Ryzen 7 and a 3070. Never has this issue with my CLX prebuilt I got. This is ridiculous

It is normal for the desktop, with the same hardware configuration and regardless of the manufacturer, to generate more heat than normal while under heavy load, especially during gaming, WINDOWS Update, and antivirus scan. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full throttle. Other people said you need to update cooling but I’ve only heard the fans go a couple times. It’s my first gaming pc in over 10 years so maybe they need to be super quiet now a days but so far been silent most of the time.

Also the SSD is small for big gamers. Asus you are paying for the CPU and GPU the limited HD/SSD combo combined with the subpar fan makes you wanting to upgrade but for 2000 you cant get better.

Fans ramp up from 0 to 100% before it thermal throttles or just shuts down. Really unacceptable for a product this price. Makes a decent space heater if you're in the market.

The cooling system was fully-tested with no problem found.
It is normal for a desktop PC, with similar hardware configuration, regardless of the brand name, to generates more heat than normal while it is under heavy load especially during, WINDOWS Update and antivirus scan. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full-throttle. It does decreases or normalizes once utilization goes down. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please verify if no system resource hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature and may cause auto-restart. It does decreases or normalizes once utilization goes down.

Out of the box it would never connect to my monitor and Geek Squad deemed it inoperable and wanted to send it off for repair when I hadn’t even had it 24-hours. I felt that if I agreed to do that then Best Buy should give me some of my money when back because at this point. this product in my opinion this is a refurbished product that doesn’t work, if I can’t use it right out of the box without some sort of tampering to it. Out of six or seven HDMI ports not one of them worked and the only source operable was VGA and why would I spend $2500 on a gaming PC for type of quality video output!?!!!??

We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with this model. The noise that is emitting from the computer is known as coil whine. When the electrical current is increased to a certain point, the magnetic field around the coil can cause it to vibrate, which produces the whiny sound. After a short amount of time the noise should go away as the components regulates. However, if it is that the sound is too much for you, then we would recommend that you have this device sent in for servicing.

Great for photography

A solid graphics card for processing power! Runs Aurora and lightroom at the sametime with no lag. I did upgrade the memory out the gate to make it a solid performer

Zero air flow and CPU fan too loud to be able to game without annoying your teammates. Good thing is I got this 500 off retail so was able to buy a new case and fans. 2k for a good gpu and cpu with UNSTABLE cooling

I thought these reviews were maybe exaggerating the temps on this but they are not. I was getting 90c on cpu running firefox and loading task manager. The ONE case fan that is a laughable size constantly fights to keep things in check with a terrible fan curve that is obnoxious even while just opening a word document. Constant throttling and micro stutters in bfV, the cpu "cooler" is way undersized and completely inadequate.
