    Do not buy it. It comes with a poor cpu cooler. Waste of money :(

      Certainly, we understand your disappointment with the unit getting hot. It is normal for the desktop, with the same hardware configuration and regardless of the manufacturer, to generate more heat than normal while under heavy load especially during gaming, WINDOWS Update, and antivirus scan. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient airflow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource-hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature. The heat or temperature does decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down.     Bad handling of my product

    The box arrived like it had been down the famous Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling, with the "security seal" open and unsecure. The keyboard was pretty busted up and there's a crack in it, but what can I do... need to get work done!

    don’t buy this. After a little over a year my pc won’t boot. I’ve brought it to a repair store where we tried a new mother board and cpu. No damage from dropping it or anything. Can’t believe i might ge out 2k after only a year and a half of use

    Let me be honest with everybody, ive bought the pc in offert , for mi was good deal, but i need to know the cooler system isn't enough because your chip set works over 100 degrees, eventually it'll be damaged

    Machine dies after 2 months..

    Purchased in March 10th as of may 3rd the machine has stopped working.. i don’t recommend making this purchase.. I’ve held of on making any modifications to the system just for this reason..the machine I built that’s from 2013 has our last this..ASUS do better…

    Having owned 2 asus rog laptops, I thought the PC would be great as well. It came DOA. I plugged it in and turned it on, but got nothing. No light on the MB nothing. Either the PSU is dead or the MB. I returned it. I was very disappointed in this purchase.

    PC Broke Due to unknown reasons

    I bought this PC in July 2021. I dropped off my PC to geek squad last Sunday and they are having a hard time figuring out the issue. I need a new MOBO, SSD, CPU. It’s only been a year.
