    Asus how are you going to fix these cooling issues

    This desktop has mostly negative reviews but also glowing reviews. What gives? I agree with the one star reviews. Inadequate cooling and little options to correct it. I have seen Asus reply to other desktop reviews on this website but they have not replied to any of these negative reviews. That's odd. Asus how are you going to fix these cooling issues on a $2,000 desktop???? Why should I have to fix the cooling issues?

    Pretty much the same thing. You'll see Asus respond by saying how "we tested it". Well, maybe they tested it outside the case with the AC blowing on it. It's pretty obvious, based on the reviews and REAL WORLD experiences of those who bought it, that Asus CHEAPED OUT on cooling(especially the CPU). It boggles the mind that an OEM, with their buying power, couldn't put a decent cooler on their products. Reviews showing customers spending 150.00 and more after their purchase proves that they'd spend a little bit more initially in order to avoid the hassle... Shame on Asus(most other prebuilts too).

    Don’t buy this PC, cooling sucks

    Very bad experience with this product. Don’t buy it. Cooling is just so poor that the machine shuts down and crashes. Got it today and after 2 hours of Asus support there is nothing they can do. Total waste of customer’s time and lack of commitment by Asus’ team to save a few bucks on the most basic thing: cooling! Just bad business to try to trick people

    You would have thought for that power they would have gotten away from air cooled and water cooled everything for that price

    Bought this today. CPU is an 11700F, so no overclocking. Everything else is good.
