Bad RTX 3060

Its black screened so many times. We upgraded the PSU to 850w, memory to 32gb/DDR4, case to Full ATX and a Corsair H150 cpu cooler. Pc would run for a couple hours, and sometimes days in a row, but would not play graphic intensive games like Elden Ring or Valorant. Swapped the RTX 3060 into my PC and had the same problems. The card will be sent in to Nvidia soon (Dec 2023) Purchased a different graphics card, and still having issues. Its a possibility that we got a bad graphics card and a bad motherboard/Processor in one deal.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage, we recommend that you send the product in for service in order to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. We're sorry to hear that your HDMI and Display port are not working. It's unfortunate that this model does not meet your expectations, this is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. Based on a review, since this model uses the Intel i7-12700F it does not have Integrated Graphics to display from the Motherboard. It would be recommended to use the Display Ports or Hdmi port from the Graphics Card.

Power buttons sticky.

So can’t just return for another one. Disappointed as I’ve owned several Asus products and they always have been great previously.

Don’t buy this computer

They don’t even try to mention this uses one of the worst WiFi cards in humanity, clocking in a total 24mbs tops, what a scam, not advertised at all and need to sink an additional 50 dollars into a 1500 dollar gaming pc for a part that should be in there, yet you are selling a shell with third party parts in it but not telling anyone.

Stopped working after 2 weeks

Then it gets caught in a never ending loop of rebooting. If it rests for an hour it will actually boot, but then you've got about 10 minutes before you get caught in the same loop. Not sure what is going on, but this happens under the lightest of loads. Luckily it's within the return window.

CPU fan quit working after 8 months

I took it back to Best Buy and they sent it out for repairs almost 2 weeks ago. Still not fixed and now my son is without a computer over his winter break and Christmas.
