I know pre built a get a bad rap, but in reality they serve a good purpose of helping people that want pc but don’t know enough or don’t care enough to go through it all to build a pc. The fact that the package arrives and i was setup and ready to go in less than 30 minutes is great. While this is not a cutting edge get your the highest end best graphics in. The world you’ll be hard pressed to find a game you cannot run at a good frame rate and not look good. Everything I tired it ran great. It’s also much quieter than my previous pc and that one was water cooled on the cpu compared to this one which is fan cooled. I thought that would lead to an increase in sound but it’s incredibly quiet. It’s not a big deal but my one gripe is they make the pc look quite nice and the gpu is a full off the shelf one but the ram looks like generic cheap ones that just clash with the other items that give the pc a premium feel. Again this doesn’t affect performance it’s just a weird visual thing. Overall this pc is great it can handle pretty much everything you can throw it at it. It’s very quick and quiet and the fact it doesn’t have as large of a case as some gaming pc have is quite nice. I highly recommend this one if your in the market for a pc

This Asus gaming PC is pretty fantastic, and it is a great entry level gamer’s computer. If you’re not into building your own or simply want something ready to go out of the box, this will do the trick. First off, let’s just talk about aesthetics; I love the transparent panel that let’s you see the inner workings of the computer. That with the lighting is an excellent touch that you typically don’t see in factory produced computers, at least not at this price point. Next up, hardware. It’s got an i7 core, hugely important to get the full effect and benefits have 16GB of RAM and gaming card. They all run together smoothly, providing a full gaming experience without lag. The one issue with hardware that I have is the fan/cooling. It’s loud and not as effective as I’d like. It’s a little funny to me that of all the places to lack, the fan is a simple component and yet so important to the maintenance and continuing performance of any computer, let alone a gaming PC. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. The fan can help preserve the rest of the computer for longer, so I’m not a fan of skimping there at all. That being said, there are of course options to replace. From what I can see (haven’t actually opened it up yet), there is room for a better an, so that’s something I’ll definitely be doing. Overall, an excellent starter for the novice gamer. Disappointed by the fan’s lack of power and cooling, but overall still a great computer at a hard to beat price.

Bought this computer, doesn’t even work. Had 3 guys look at ai and tell me the morherboard is shot. First time ever dealing with Best Buy… not impressed.

I just got it today and the hdmi ports dont work and I just gave it to a pc shop to fix for me

Fan is running so loud and keep loosing HDMI input signal and frozen up while using, terrible

I recently got the ASUS ROG gaming desktop and overall am very satisfied with the product. It has proven to be a very functional gaming/work computer. Out of the box, the packaging was sturdy and padded well, protecting all parts of the PC. Setting up the computer was very simple, with all necessary cables included and there were clear instructions included in case you couldn’t figure it out yourself. Windows and all software was up to date and as advertised, and the computer was up and running within 30 minutes of start unboxing. The computer performs at max settings on most games I play and I was able to run multiple applications and programs concurrently without running into any issues or lag. The graphics card while not as high end as some other cards that are available on the market now is still sufficient in providing a great gaming experience. I won’t dock them for the graphics card as it’s as advertised, it’s just not the tippy top of the line. Either way, I used this for hours and hours of Warzone gameplay and never had issues with performance even with marathon gameplay. Two minor things I did not like is the sound of the fan seems to be slightly louder than what I am used to which is not that big of a deal given the performance of the computer and the brightness of the RBG lights inside of the tower. I have not yet found a way to disable or dim the lights but it can be annoying as my desktop is level with my desk. Overall I think this is a great gaming PC and am happy with my purchase.

Out of the box, the ASUS ROG gaming desktop is a pretty standard gaming desktop. It has a cool look to it with RGB lights throughout the case. I have been running my games on it without any issues. Apex, Rocket League, Call of Duty etc. So fairly high use games. Boots up quickly and is a pretty quiet unit with not much fan noise. It comes with a pretty cheap feeling keyboard and mouse. Both are wired and work just fine but you will most likely want to upgrade them. The lights are customizable and programmable which makes it a fun computer to have around, in any space. It has a fold down headphones holder which is actually pretty convenient. Internet connectivity is fast, with no issues. It has plenty of ports. Pretty much as many USB, hdmi and display ports as you could ask for. It even has two USB type A, two USB type C, a mic and a headphone jack on the top near the front of the case. Overall this thing is very solid. I use it for gaming and music/video production. I would say it is a very fast and reliable computer especially for the price. Good look, good performance, good price point. I'm giving it 5 out of 5 stars because I don't think I could ask for more out of a computer in this price range.

Asus did a good job here. You get a very good i7 processor, nvidia rtx3060 with 12gb, along side 16gb of Ram and 512gb hard drive. Easily upgradeable of you want a better graphics card and more hard drive space. by deafult you can play games like Cod or star wars fallen order in 4k with medium settings on. If you want more frame rate or smoother game play then bump down to 1080p with high settings and it runs great. I do love the design of the tower plus lots of usb ports total of 6 usb. 2 hdmi ports, and 1 display port. The wifi antenna connecta to the back and you can bring the receiver closer to where your router is for better signal. I almost forgot to mention, it's roomy inside the desktop so any upgrade you plan on doing should be easy to do. All hand sizes should fit in there lol . I do suggest getting a bigger hard drive because 500gb is not enough . Unless you dont mind deleting games and reinstalling them over and over again. But these current gen of games that are coming out are huge data grabbers they 500gb will fill up faster

This is a great gaming PC. It excels in giving good FPS in games like VALORANT on high graphics. However, it is not perfect, though. The only downside is that the PC gets hot very quickly. The temperature reached above 75°C. If you want something cooler, I'd recommend getting the watercooled version, which has an RTX 3070 and a better CPU, which is i7 13700KF.

I was looking for a pc that was pretty good to run call of duty warzone 2 and I found this beast for a steal I plugged in everything and it runs smooth must get

I ordered this Asus gaming computer early Monday morning the 20th. In tracking this, it took them until 5:30pm the 21st to make a label and transmit to FedEx. I was suppost to get it today the 22nd. They haven't even pick it up yet and its 5pm the 22nd. I was told by best buy I could not cancel it. I wanted to just go to a different store 40 min away and buy it. I would just refue it, but its a present for my son. This is not the first time best buy has done this. Values have really changed. Not happy.

I can’t even play any games because the screen turns off. I assume is due to overheating
