    I bought this desktop computer from Best Buy in Braintree, MA on Black Friday as a gift for my son. After just one week, the screen stopped showing anything and turned completely black. At first, I thought it might just need a restart, but the problem continued for three weeks. I then went back to customer service. They checked the computer and told me they couldn’t determine whether the issue was with the graphics card or the motherboard. They said they needed to send it back to the manufacturer and that it would take about three weeks. I have now been waiting more than four weeks with no clear answer or update. Yesterday, I scheduled an appointment and requested a refund, but they refused and told me I had to keep waiting. When I asked how much longer it would take, they couldn’t give me any timeline or explanation. At this point, I’m still waiting and don’t even know for what. This has been the worst experience ever. The computer was a gift for my son, and every day I see him disappointed and sad. I honestly blame myself for buying this from Best Buy — it truly feels like the worst buy I’ve ever made.

    Open Box - Defective Hardware

    Excellent value for a pre-built gaming setup. It was ready to pickup at the store (open box item). It was missing the mouse but no big deal given the price. Having grown up building pc's beginning with one of the first 286's and DOS, I was perplexed as to why a double boot was required on each startup. After a couple of days and using AI help, was not able to identify the root cause of the hardware issue. Although I'm not one for giving up finally through in the towel and returned the product. To my dismay, they wanted $100 to do a software diagnostic. I told the Geek Squad it wasn't a software issue as it never made it to the BIOS screen until a 2nd boot. They didn't budge, my response was replace, repair or refund. I was then told $75 to return to the vendor. I then repeated my acceptable solutions. When I returned home and ran this scenario through AI, yep, common Geek Squad script, unless you escalate to a supervisor/manager. I did buy a second gaming PC at a great price and it ran right out of the box with no issue.

    Worse buying experience I've ever had. I bought and paid for the item on a Tuesday and was told FedEx would deliver it on Friday. I waited all day at home waiting for it, no delivery, no call from Best Buy or FedEx. So, i contact FedEx and they tell me delivery will be Monday. So i wait all day Monday. At the end of the day i get a note from FedEx saying weather delay, clear skies everywhere. Another day wasted. Tuesday i wait all day, get a message they were unable to deliver, couldn't get through the gate. Amazon never has that problem. So after spending several days waiting for it i make a call to Best Buys toll free number and speak to a nice lady and cancel the order. She understands. So the next day FedEx shows up with the computer, i refuse it. Two more times they make attempts and leave notes on my door. Today i get a note that it's in Pennsylvania somewhere. Poor service all around, and no mention of the $1500 refund from Best Buy. In the past 12 - 15 months I've bought two large tv's, a robot vacuum cleaner and many small items, but you have lost any business from me.

    I don’t know what the issue is, but my PC is disconnected from the internet for some reason. Find out that it's not my issue, I’ve asked the Best Buy customer service they saying that it's a motherboard issue

    Been searching for a gaming desktop under 2k but seeing the specs of this one for 1.1k I thought I'd give it a chance. Had it for one day so far and realized I made the right call. 5060 TI 16gb is very good for the money you pay here and the ryzen 7 8000 series is a very formidable cpu especially at this price. Rgb and case are on the higher end side too, wifi 6 and 1 tb storage isn't a huge sacrifice. Set up took me 10 mins, boots up in seconds, asus is a great brand too, my asus laptop still going on perfectly after almost 8 years so wanted to stick with them. paired it with an asus tuf 32 inch 1440l screen for 150 bucks and that was a great buy too. After 1 day 10/10 value and experience

    This was a Christmas present for my niece who call me every day thanking for this amazing gift. Showing me everything it can do and how much she can do on the internet with this computer- play her video games, surf the internet, post videos in style, watch her television programs.
