I don't feel the charge lasts as long as it should and the graphics for my designs isn't better quality that my last basic laptop. It loads quicker but not more effective.

The laptop is a solid piece of equipment. Runs pretty much everything I installed on it. However, the power block is super bulky.

I have never owned a laptop over $500 before. I took a chance spending more because I wanted more from my machine. And I got it!!! I do video editing and this is perfect for me. I don't do gaming on computers so I thought it would be waste of money for me. But this thing is super fast...love it.

This is a great computer. I use it to run engineering software for my graduate school program. I have never had any issues with it. My only complaint is that it does not have a built-in webcam which I didn't notice at the time of purchase.

It's great. Only thing is battery life isn't long lasting when gaming but when not gaming it last pretty long

I've had this laptop almost 2 months. I bought it to play classic World of Warcraft (a 15 year old game). Incredibly - the laptop struggles to run this game even with it's impressive specs. The laptop continually overheats and shuts down, even though it is on a hard surface (wooden desk) without any obstructions to the vents and ports. I can hear the fans running in it - they are very loud. The laptop seems to have issues performing even basic operations like opening a Google Chrome browser. For a brand new laptop with only one game installed, it runs incredibly slow and has refresh issues. This laptop also disconnects from the internet frequently even though it is on an ethernet connection and not on WIFI. Other devices in the house do not show any disruption or disconnects. I would not recommend this laptop and it's a shame because my last ASUS Republic of Gamers laptop lasted 7 years. I plan on replacing it as soon as possible (when I save up another $1400) with a different product.

I bought this computer for video editing rather than gaming. While that's not what its made for, it does a great job. Much faster than my old computer, pretty good sound and screen. So far, I think this is a great computer and I'm happy I bought it.

After extensive review I this ASUS I purchased the open box with everything in a new box included. Though I do not game the memory, speed, etc. is superior. I am quite pleased with this purchase. The same 1-2 day wait for shipping was not an issue.

Nice laptop with its hardware but it makes little bit noice when it’s fan on.It is not efficient on cooling the laptop.

Use it for work. No camera is a bummer, but not a huge inconvenience. Sounds good for a laptop and the speed is good for internet work

I’ve only had this laptop for about a month now, but I’m really liking it. It runs way better than my old one, of course. I haven’t run a super intense game on it to test out the specs, but i know that this is going to run just fine.

I bought this laptop not for gaming but for work/office use. It has exceeded my expectations for speed and ease of use. It boots up extremely fast and gets me to my favorite apps right away.

Excellent speed and clarity. Battery life is really low...using it unplugged battery dies after about 2 hours of intense use.

I got this for my wife and she loves it! She uses it for photoshop and other graphics. Hate that it doesn't have a number pad or that's it's not touch screen or webcam. It's still a great laptop for what I need it for.

As this was my first gaming laptop purchase, I am amazed at the quality of the graphics, speed and overall reliability of it. Would recommend not only for new players but for everyone looking for a reliable gaming computer.

This is a powerful computer at a very reasonable price. Does everything we need and more. We use it for rendering videos on the fly for streaming as well as audio/video editing, video recording. No problems with it.

Overall I am super super pleased with this laptop.The Nvidia graphics works like a charm. I have had Nvidia cards before, expected nothing but the best, was not disappointed.
