Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you are planing to play Call of Duty Warzone you will get microprocessor lag, in critical case the computer freezes because 100% microprocessor is working all the time and the GPU is only 25% of usage. You will need to downgrade from 144hz to 60hz to get stable 60 FPS because of you enable 144hz you will be under 45fps in 1280x720 if you enable 1920x1080p FPS goes to 24 to 32 inestable an because of the lag of this processor drop down to 12 FPS!! OMG!!, If your plans are to play Apex or Overwatch is a good option all in ultra with 50fps or if you use 720p you will get stable 90fps. I highly recommend to switch to 8 core instead this i7 six core to play warzone. This laptop is good to edit videos in 1080p super fast, and programming.

It does get hot, however, they have cooling fans you can get to put under it. The reason I gave it 1 star is due to problems! Since I bought this laptop, I have been having issues with the sound. The sound keeps failing for unknown reasons. I have contacted the geek squad through their website and all they say is bring it to the store. Fiddling with the Armoury Crate brought back sound a few times. Rebooting brought it back other times. Regardless, on a brand new laptop, I should not have to fiddle to bring it back. It gives me messages that a different audio device was detected. Well, there are no other audio devices! So I am at a loss as to what it means there. Regardless, with the audio problems, it makes this computer 100 percent useless to me. I will be bringing it back to the store tomorrow. I MIGHT try another one if I can get it same day, but this one had to be ordered. It arrived to me with a damaged box, with a sticker on it that said "box damaged"... Great, I can see that. I should not have been sent this laptop considering I paid full price for it, not an open box, damaged price. If I decide to get another one of these, I will change my rating, if the new one is improved and works. As of now, I am looking at different laptops. I am writing the quality, value, and ease of use as poor, due to the fact that this laptop has failed. I also am having freezing issues.
