Great computer for a great price! No issues so far, only been a few weeks though. Fans are loud but hey, they work, and my last two gaming laptops (Lenovos) were both loud too. It just comes with the territory. Mine was an open box special and was only 1240something dollars.

Overall, this laptop is pretty quick and the graphics aren't bad. The keyboard was the biggest draw for me. With this curbside Pickup, you can't see what you're buying when you get it. Although the keyboard w the biggest draw for me, it ended up being the reason that I returned it. The letters/numbers can be seen easy enough, but the upper chsrscter on the keys don't light up enough to be read easily. Unless you've memorized what character is on every key on the keyboard, this is kind of an issue.

It's a great laptop, and I expected the heat on this thing but as warm as it is makes me alittle nervous how long itll last.

This computer gets HOT. With a laptop tray including a built-in fan, this computer will easily push 100c playing some good ole fashioned vanilla Minecraft. (Detailed storytime, summary at bottom) I am a noob when it comes to bios, specs, tweaking, overclocking, and all that fun stuff. So I called up my buddy who does that for a side job. Upon his further inspection, the "sleek" graphics card did not have the cooling capabilities to keep the computer cool under almost any kind of load. While the components of the computer, as well as it's sleek design, are appealing. It is just not worth it if you plan on playing any kind of games other than Tetris. And even then, keep a fan on it! I thought I could push through the problem and adjust the fan speeds. but just before I could mess with the settings I noticed that the fans started making a loud noise and would vibrate the entire desk/stand. The fands are binding. At this point, I returned the computer. Summary: If you are looking for a computer than can handle a decent amount of stress for work or your own business then I can recommend this computer. However, for those out there looking for a gaming laptop, this is not it. Anything with a sleek design is more than likely not it. Heat is a computers second worst enemy, right next to liquid. So don't try to save some money by getting a sleek design. Upgrade to something that will keep your laptop cool... Even if it does sound like a jet engine.

Then this is the laptop for you! Pc gets so hot while running simple games like fortnite, or apex legends, even league of legends. It’s also super loud. I am a desktop gamer and switched to a laptop so i can game with my friends but I returned it because of how loud the fan was and how hot it was. Not the greatest gaming laptop I’ve ever seen.

This is a really good laptop. My only problem with it is that there is no sd card reader which the associate failed to mention. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

Overall a great machine. Graphics are crystalline and the CPU is very fast. No lag when playing games and runs on great FPS. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. The design of the laptop is stylish and very light which makes it very easy for travel. This laptop grants the gamer experience.

I love the computer and it’s something that I’ve truly been using on a daily basis. Originally I only wanted it to play Fifa on the go as I built a PC at home, but now I’ve been using it for literally everything. From editing to games it’s been awesome.

If u get theis turn off the intel turbo boost on cpu drops temp 10+ degrees and spend the 70$ for 16gb more ram... no you dont NEED 32gb but tge dual channel ram helps trx a ton up 30fps extra in som games

Absolutely love this laptop. The portability of it is exactly what I was looking for being able to pack a work laptop and my gaming laptop for business trips. Highly recommend a laptop cooler to go underneath to keep fan noise down. Would purchase another one in the future!

Biggest draw back is that there isn't a 10 key on the keyboard. Had to go out and purchase a separate keyboard with 10 key for gameplay. Great visuals and sound!

Keyboard RGB software had to be reinstalled at first. Bad timing to buy with the new RTX 30 series coming out less than a month after purchase

This is a great little laptop for gaming, vlogging, or anything else you need a powerful laptop with good speed and video graphics. Am very happy with my purchase. However, I did have to return the 1st one because of a sticky key. The 2nd one is flawless!

MY ONLY COMPLAINT ON THIS LITTLE SPEED RACER WAS THE DISPLAY SIZE, NEEDED A BIT LARGER, RETURNED LAPTOP, BUT THAT WAS MY ONLY COMPLAINT!

This is my first gaming laptop and I love that I can have a mobile computer now. It plays all the same games my desktop can play! Bfv Valorant DayZ Hell let loose Wow Perfect laptop, especially cause I snagged it for the 1399 clearance price!

This laptop can definitely get the job done. Might. It be for experience gamers but it can definitely run games at a decent frame rate.

I purchased this laptop as a open-box item. I bought this laptop because the laptop I had was just over 1 year old and basically went up in smoke. I don't like bashing any manufacturer, but Asus will be me go to manufacturer from now on.

Functionality is awesome. Plenty of ports to go with great portability. This machine is a serious multi-tasker. It'a gaming machine, but we use it for multi-screen production.

Had the laptop for over a year and the cpu throttled out of the box. Some tweaking with the clocks will fix the issue

Good, but quality could have been better. At the ethernet port, it makes a little creeky sound. It is annoying.
