Great Gaming Laptop!

Had issues with headset inputs. Ended up returning and upgrading to a desktop gaming pc that is absolutely incredible. Best Buy was super helpful during the exchange.

4 weeks in and fan making clicking noise.

I’m used to MSI computers so this computer was clean and less flashy. Didn’t have the same feel when unboxing an MSI. But this is not very important. The biggest gripe with this laptop is that the fan is starting to make a grinding noise. I’m past the 30day so I can’t return it. The only thing I can do is take it to Bestbuy and have them ship it to get it fixed and leave me without my computer for probably a few weeks. I’m pretty disappointed with the durability of this product.
