This laptop was exactly what I was wanting for my gaming purposes. Absolutely love how smooth everything runs, easy to use.

I bought this computer when it was full price, and the price dropped within 20 days because of a sale, I also found that the right speaker wasn't working. They not only price matched the sale price and returned the difference, but replaced the computer with one that had both working speakers. Amazing customer service, and everything about the computer has been great so far. it starts up fast, and plays every game I play with no problems on full graphics, consistently getting over 60 fps. Love it.

This laptop is great its the laptop done in every way possible.

More than a classification it is more of a question, how do the satifactory open box laptops come out, because I will buy this same one that way and I would like to know if they come out good or not. thanks!!

Laptop is phenomenal as to be expected. Upon start up I found every application that was not stock (besides Google Chrome) came out blurry. My favorite feature is u can change the screens modes so that it doesn't hurt your eyes for long time use.

This my second gaming and I gotta say, you can never go wrong with an Asus ROG. So far for me this is the best pc.

This computer is amazing! It is fast and packs enough speed and power to do just about anything.

I bought this laptop new in March. It's now September and the keyboard has been working intermittently since July. It stops working, it starts again, it stops working, it starts again - ridiculous. Took it to Geek Squad as I paid for a protection plan and the guy said it needs the keyboard replaced and it'd need to be shipped out for that...and turn around time is a MONTH AND A HALF because they're backed up because of COVID. And Best Buy won't just replace the laptop because, even though I have repair and replace protection, they won't do the replace until repair's been tried. So in summary...I got four months (barely) of good use out of this laptop and now my choices are to buy a new one or go without for a month and a half. Spare yourself. It's the last laptop I'm buying from Best Buy for sure.

Our company purchased for CAD designing. It has been used for one program and emails only. After 8 months it crashed and went straight into bio mode and now it says there is no hard drive. Lost all ability to access customers information for signed contracts and designs. This computer has been used very carefully and i dont understand how this could happen. Bestbuy says i need to send it off to asus for the manufacturers warranty which can take 4 to 6 weeks or i send it myself and it will be faster, maybe 2 to 4 weeks. But i cant even get ahold of anyone at asus to find out out how to send it. Total nightmare.

I honestly can't believe I spent 1600 dollars and Asus gives me single channel 16gb ram 1333mhz is what it ends up being. So now I either have to take it back or spend 80 more to get dual channel ram. 1333mhz ram is really slow, that is like 2008 speed ram. Putting that in a gaming laptop in 2019 with a i7 9750h and a 2060 is disgraceful Asus.
