I found that the battery drains rapidly if you don't make adjustments with the FPS and using internal graphics instead of the graphics card.

Its a 18in laptop but has a crunched full size keyboard, no reason for it to crunched.

Where do I start. The screen didn’t turn on the first two hours of using it. FAQs online said it’s just the screen brightness down, so I hooked it up to an external monitor and that worked but my screen was still not working. After 45 minutes it magically decided to work on its own. This issue happened again when I was working just few days ago. Besides the screen issue, the battery lasts 2 hours and 10 minutes from full charge to empty the first time it happened I was shocked because that’s the same battery performance on my 10 year old Lenovo that I’m replacing with this one. I decided to time it because I couldn’t believe how ridiculous this was. All and all, I’ll be returning it and purchasing my 2nd option, hopefully this one actually performs. Nothing against best buy, I’m just not happy with this laptop and it’s such a disappointment for the amount of money. Not worth it.
