i own two of them, one of the best laptops ever. high quality lots of power and can play any game max settings while also at the same time doing other things.

Made my gaming experience so much better expecially when conistsntly on the go.

I ordered this laptop on 3/31, tickled pink because Best Buy said it would arrive on 4/3. 4/3 arrived, and I got an email that day from Best Buy telling me it would now arrive some time between 4/4 and 4/7. 4/7 came, and once again I got an email that it would arrive by 4/17. At this point, I was quite curious about what was going on, so I called Best Buy, and they began this merry story time, telling me that the laptop had shipped and would arrive by 4/17... While the package turned out to still be sitting in their store. I talked with their support every day, and every day they assured me the laptop had shipped... and yet when I called the store where it was shipping from, it always turned out that the laptop still had not left their shipping department. Throughout this time I was also in contact with OnTrac, who continually insisted that they hadn't yet been contacted by Best Buy to even come and pick up the package. Finally, on 4/17, I spoke with Best Buy, and they decided that the package had been lost in transit. But the only "in transit" that could have occurred was getting the package picked up by OnTrac, a mere 8 miles away from the Best Buy store where the laptop was to be picked up. Every single time I spoke with Best Buy over this 2 1/2 week span, they seemed unable to ever actually tell me the truth. Their support line constantly assured me that all was well, that the package was en route, that it would arrive on time... and inevitably they would then switch gears and tell me that it hadn't actually left the store. And since they insisted it had shipped, even though it hadn't, they also were unable to cancel the purchase and refund me. So now I'm stuck with the purchase price of this laptop, but without the joy of actually having the laptop.

10/10 Would Recommend this computer item to customers.

Great computer I have no problems with the computer with the exception of my display monitor it keep changing to display 2 when I am not even using another monitor

Worst product I have ever purchased. I have taken it to geek squad three times and the device is still not functioning properly. I have experienced GPU related screen stutter, blue screens, freezing, device throttling at 50% RAM utilization, complete keyboard shutdown, partial keyboard shutdown, etc. I do a lot of fluid dynamics and machine learning related work so I figured having a ‘powerful’ laptop would be helpful. However, I was shipped a lemon. I’ve asked for a refund on multiple occasions but my requests have just been rejected. I needed this laptop for school but I had to buy a second laptop due to this one not working.

Im very happy with this purchase, the Asus laptop are stronger laptop. Recommend 100%.
