This laptop can handle any game at max settings! Movies and steaming is also fantastic! Asus did a pretty good job on this. Definitely worth every penny!

I’ve had some time to use this laptop, and it has performed very well. The build quality seems solid, and the audio quality during gaming is surprisingly crisp and loud. During initial setup, there was some sluggishness with the system.after fully updating everything, it still took a few days of use for the system to actually “settle in” and perform as intended. Since then, I have had zero issues. Gaming performance is solid. The specs are fantastic for the price I paid. I purchased it on sale, and I’m glad I did. If you’re looking for a huge screen and to play the latest games, this is the one for you. I installed a 2TB SSD to store my games, and I do not install any to the OS SSD. Also, battery life when mobile is great on silent mode, it lasts for 3-4 hours. Buy it. You won’t be disappointed.

I use a lot of powerful workstations at work, so I was not expecting to be impressed by the performance of this laptop, but could not be more wrong. This is a very powerful, super fast, beautiful laptop, excellent for gaming and coding. Not too heavy with a large display. The only minor issue is related to the design, when it heats up, the body components below the display get slightly larger above the keyboard and when you close the lid, they touch each other making a scratchy noise. Otherwise, I absolutely love it and recommend it without any reservations.

I haven't had a chance to try gaming on it yet, but the visuals and screen brightness are absolutely fantastic! The sound from the onboard speakers is significantly better, providing a surround sound experience that really outshines the Acer, which tends to sound a bit tinny with minimal bass. The brightness is impressive as well—much brighter than my Acer. My son and I both own an Acer Helios Predator 18 with an i9 14th gen and (me 4080) (he 4090) graphics card as well. His laptop’s fans kick in during 3D scanning and processing, but they aren’t too loud. In contrast, my ASUS stays relatively quiet. Overall, it's a powerful and excellent laptop for the price. I highly recommend it!"

I’ve been using the ASUS ROG Strix 18 for a couple of weeks now, and I’m impressed. It has a sleek design and solid build quality. The 18-inch display is sharp, vibrant, and smooth, making gaming a joy. Performance-wise, it’s a beast. This laptop handles everything effortlessly. The cooling system is also surprisingly effective—no overheating so far, even during long sessions. You do hear the fans blow during heavy gaming, so it's not distracting. The keyboard is surprisingly comfortable to type on, and the sound quality is top-notch for a laptop. Battery life is decent for a machine that is this powerful, and it charges quickly. Overall, the ASUS ROG Strix 18 is worth every penny.

Excelletion build on the frame. Premium screen and sound. The keyboard type feeling is great. Run almost every game with ultra setting in 2k.

The Asus ROG Striz is a solid gaming laptop with excellent performance and build quality. However, the timing of my purchase couldn't have been worse, as NVIDIA's announcement of their next-gen GPUs made me realize that I was buying into soon-to-be outdated technology. If you're in the market for a gaming laptop, I'd recommend waiting for the new models with the latest GPUs to hit the shelves. Otherwise, you might find yourself in the same position I was in—returning a great laptop simply because better options are just around the corner.

The most badass laptop yet. The screen is the perfect size for gaming. Runs programs smooth and very versatile laptop. Battery last a while. Games run slow on battery obly( typical). My only complaint is that I wish it had more USB ports and had a display port.

So far daily used and has been a great laptop, it does have high end components but it is a lower end chassis which was a easy trade off compared to the extra $1000 price tag for the better case and screen of the zephyrus. Yes its large and heavy. Warzone ultra settings over 120fps

First is all I wasn’t looking for a laptop to take everywhere with me. It mostly stays on my desk docked for use with my two monitors. This is a very good laptop exceeding all of my expectations. The screen isn’t the best tech out there but looks great to me. I have really enjoyed this laptop so far and am sure it will last a long time.

Huge screen helps for ease of use and the graphics card is nice along with integrated Intel ones. I use this for video editing and it reduced my time a lot

I've had this computer a little over a month, it runs as smooth as silk. Minimum bloat ware, pretty fast set up, and can run pretty much what ever you throw at it and never break a sweat. That's the other thing, it has yet to over heat. Keyboard is a bit odd, but still a great machine.

Got this for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. Huge screen. Great speed. Awesome picture quality.

I love how fast this computer is. It can handle games with ease. Hogwarts Legacy seems to be an issue but all other games are great. The fan may be a bit loud as well. Happy with my purchase

This is a turbocharged laptop. There isn’t anything it can not handle! It is sleek, powerful and very very fast. I am extremely happy with this purchase

Laptop is great! Quality is awsome. Only issue I have (and this mainly happens when it’s not plugged in) is it tends to crash ALOT. Gets frustrating at times. ESP when I’m doing work and all of a sudden it turns off. Battery obviously will last you maybe 1-2hrs on performance. Otherwise it can handle anything you throw onto it it!

When the laptop works well, it’s fantastic. It has a lot of annoying quirks for something in this price range. Obviously performance and power isn’t its issue, it runs games at ultra in 1600p resolution and very good FPS. Seems more like software problems where sometimes it’ll just freeze up randomly, or a video game will crash with no error message. I can live with the quirks but they do annoy me quite a bit as it’s an expensive product. Screen size is beautiful, brightness and display quality is excellent.

So far so good but only used it a few times does get warm gaming but pics are very good and good fps
