Beware! Dead Pixels and Burn in after a month!

Then I took the monitor to Best Buy, and they said the warranty didn't cover this. I wasted over 600 hundred dollars on this machine. Shame on ASUS and shame on Best Buy for selling this overpriced junk.

We certainly understand your disappointment with this monitor and the inconvenience this may have caused if there are dead pixels and screen burn-in on the monitor after a month and a half of usage. ASUS is an ISO certified company, and as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free, this is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. Check if the PC meets the system requirements of the monitor. If does meet requirements, check if the video connector is working properly and video driver is up to date on the PC. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. If the problem persist after performing these troubleshooting tips, we recommend you send the monitor in for service to resolve the problem immediately.
